Lips always dry, bad teeth gum and blinding time to time. Can you help me with this problem?

Lips always dry, bad teeth gum and blinding time to time. Can you help me with this problem?
Thses are symptoms of gums infection bad breath, medically called halitosis, can result from poor dental health habits and may be a sign of other health problems. Bad breath can also be made worse by the types of foods you eat and other unhealthy lifestyle habits. Basically, all the food eaten begins to be broken down in your mouth. As foods are digested and absorbed into the bloodstream, they are eventually carried to your lungs and given off in your breath. If you eat foods with strong odors (such as garlic or onions), brushing and flossing -- even mouthwash -- merely covers up the odor temporarily. The odor will not go away completely until the foods have passed through your body. Practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Brush teeth after you eat (keep a toothbrush at work or school to brush after lunch). Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. Rinse with an antibacterial mouthwash twice a day. Dentures should be removed at night and cleaned thoroughly before being placed in your mouth the next morning. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Stop smoking and chewing tobacco-based products. Ask your dentist for tips on kicking the habit. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) or sucking on candy (preferably sugarless) for its treatment you need to visit dentist for cleaning and polishing of you gums and teeth.

It is a dental problem. You might have some missing teeth in your mouth ,specially back molar teeth. This causes disturbance in closing and biting your upper and lower teeth properly. And hence some problem in your TMJ joint (jaw joint ,near your ear. If you have no pain then it's not emergency. But better you consult a dentist and get your bite corrected.

Respected doctor's, kindly tell me which tooth paste is better more leathering or less leathering! thanks in advance.
Any toothpaste which gives you leather or foam is because of sodium lauryl sulphate been used in that product. My personal opinion is you should use Pepsodent germicheck it is the best toothpaste which I suggest to my patients and response towards the tooth and oral cavity is good. If you are suffering from diabetes then you should use sugar free pastes which is prepared buy a DXN company the name of the pastries ganoderma paste. All the best have a nice day take care.

If you already started with pain in that tooth it means it will go for root canal treatment. So do not wait for too long consult your dentist and take treatment.

Gum diseases can be treated and reversed in their initial stages very easily. By getting the accumulated tartar and plaque removed by a dentist, there is a chance that they can get better without much ado.

Ya sure in ssc exams they check for the proper allignment of teeth arch and the condition of teeth and gums do not worry if you are going for orthodontic treatment then go for extraction if your dentist requires the gap of the extraction site will be filled up by adjacent tooth by shifting of teeth do not worry Best of luck for your future.

Hi Am 19 years old when I wash my mouth mornings small amount of blood is coming from my mouth.

A.C.C.I - Accredited and Certified Course in Implantology, MDS - Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry, BDS
Dentist, Jammu
Dear , the fact that blood is coming out on washing one's mouth is inidicative of inflammation in the gums. Inflammation in the gums is generally due to tartar/ calculus deposits or food remaining stuck there. So, it is important for us to have the same checked by a good dental surgeon and follow up with the recommended dental treatment.
