Reduce ur work out. Otherwise u may get serious injury. Never ignore body pain. Take breaks. U can do gym 3-4 times a week instead of 6-7 times. if required u can try over the counter medicines available at medical store for pain relief

Hello 1st of all do not diagnose yourself, kindly believe doctors, kindly consult a surgeon, based on your history I guess your husbi suffering from jeepdriver`s bottom. Which can be infected and causing problems.

I am an 18 year old male. Last year around september after playing cricket I had pain around my sternum, on the right side of my sternum, I iced it and put balm and the pain faded away but when I do certain movements it still hurts. I started poking the spot yesterday and it swelled up a little bit. It doesn't hurt and it doesn't bother me but its just something that hasn't gone away.

What is your job? do you sit always? may be pain is from coccyx the lowest part of vertebra and results from prolonged pressure and is called coccydynia.

1>do some leg exercises - apparently some easy leg lifts, squats, or your leg exercise of choice can help divert blood flow to the legs and away from the brain. This can help quiet the mind, making it easier to sleep. Exercise at least three hours before bedtime so the body has sufficient time to wind down before hitting the sack. 2> eat for sleep - eat foods high in magnesium, like almonds and spinach, and foods high in vitamin b complex, like leafy green vegetables, nuts, and legumes. 3> try a hot bath or shower -stepping from warm water into that pre-cooled bedroom will cause body temperatures to drop slightly, which can trigger sleepy feelings by slowing down metabolic activity. Hope the above tips will help you to have a sound sleep! regards.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up

Plantar fascitis is one of the most common cause of heel pain. It is characterised by pain on walking the first few steps after getting up and gradually improves on walking. Exercusing is the best way to get relieve. With d leg straight, pull the toes towards you and hold them for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. You should do it before walking, immediately after getting up before taking those first steps.

If body pain is acute you can take any pain killer like paracetamol after meal. For problem of flatulence and acidity you should have a look on your diet pattern. Avoid oily and spicy food, fast food and junk food. Take diet easy to digest. Take fibrous diet ,salads, green leafy vegetable and fruits to avoid constipation. Do not sleep in the day time and have a walk after dinner. Take nux vomica 30 one dose at night for one week.

Hi. Body pain may be due to overwork. And deprivation of sleep. You can try some vitamin b and b 12 supplements. And protein supplements. Take proper diet. Drink lots of water. Remember pain kiler will only work temporarily. I think I your muscular fatigus of body causing you discomfirt. Take care.

Heel Pain: Know The Causes Behind It!

Oh my aching Heel!! The combination of foot and ankle consists of 26 bones, 33 joints and an excess of 100 tendons. The longest bone present in the foot is the heel. Over usage or injury to the heel would lead you to experience pain in the heels. The severity of the heel pain can range from mild to excruciating. 

The cause behind heel pain is typically associated with excess usage of the heel bone. Straining of your heel occurs if you excessively pound your feet on surfaces that are hard, or you are overweight or even if you wear shoes that do not fit your feet properly. These strains cause irritation in the muscles, bones or tendons that are present in the heels. Some of the other common causes include: 

  1. Heel Spurs: Development of heel spurs occurs due to the continuous stretching of the lining, which covers the heel. Upon continuous stretching, pieces of the lining tend to break off. Development of heel spurs is common in athletes who frequently jog or run. People who are obese also tend to experience pain due to heel spurs. 
  2. Plantar Fasciitis: Development of Plantar Fasciitis occurs due to the inflammation of the tendinous tissue that connects the heel to the ball of the foot. Development of Plantar Fasciitis is common in athletes who frequently jog or run as well as people who wear shoes that don't fit the feet properly. It may occasionally be associated with Vitamin B12 deficiency and raised uric acid in blood 
  3. Achilles Tendinitis: This is the inflammation of the Achilles tendon. Achilles Tendinitis occurs commonly in people who have active lifestyles, such as people who are joggers, runners or even dancers. 

Treatment-

Physical therapy, medication or alternative treatments can be used to treat this form of pain. Medications for heel pain can only be in the form of anti-inflammatory drugs. Although these oral medications cannot significantly relieve heel pain, some injections containing substances such as corticosteroids, as well as Arthrocentesis (removal of fluid present in joints using hollow needles) might be able to provide relief. Recently PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injection have been found very useful in treating recalcitrant Plantar fasciitis and heel pains. 

Common practices that can be used to relieve discomfort include: 

  1. Application of ice to the heel for a duration of 15 minutes daily. 
  2. Utilize over-the-counter pain medications.
  3. Have adequate amounts of rest.
  4. Wear shoes that fit properly.
  5. Walking on tip toes to stretch the plantar fascia helps to relieve heel pain.
