There should not be any problem for conceiving but as you advance in age chances of conceiving also starts diminishing so be care ful for that don't wait very long your husbands age doesn't matter as long as he is sexually healthy.

Hi lybrate-user. Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 or a weight. Kg. - medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10 ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk. Tips:-1. In general, favor light, fresh foods. 2. Drink fresh juice: pomegranate and pineapple. 3. Take 1tbsp of ghee and add 1tbsp of sugar to it mix and lick this mixture little by little in empty stomach just before lunch and dinner. And then after 30 mins you can have your meals. - continue this for atleast a month to see the benifits 4. Make a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee mixed or stirred into itwith little sugar. Here sugar is for taste. 5. Boost up your apittite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. May be brisk walk, or just alittle bit of walking, dancing etc. 6. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. This should be taken empty stomach. It will also increase the hb%. Thus acts as two in one. 7. Try to remain calm and happy. This contentment is really required because this is always related to mind. Body and mind are interlinked. So well balanced state of body with mind is called as a healthy condition or the man is called healthy.

For the pain i m suggesting you following remedy you can try the following 1. Sesame seeds have pain relieving properties and also cure vomiting 2. Crush 4 tsp of sesame seeds into powder 3. Add 1 glass of water 4. Mix well 5. Drink 2 times a day

Many of my clients when first consults with me, they ask this question' despite trying so many strategies, why I am not losing weight?

When I ask them about their efforts, they share:

  • I did the gm diet for a month
  • I took herbal life shake for three months
  • I went on fruits and liquid diet
  • I do gym every day!

Ok, wait! any sensible approach? this is usually my reaction to that.

'so did I do any wrong?' they ask me suspiciously.

Of course, by following above methods you are hampering your metabolism and pushing yourself to many essential nutrient deficiencies. Every second day I get cases of low iron, vitamin b12, calcium, low muscle mass and a high percentage of fat.

Do we have any way to lose weight and not feel tired and dull whole day?

Yes, there is.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet and eating a variety of food is the only way to get long lasting weight loss result. By eating right, you can improve your metabolism and nourish your body so that you don't fall for a metabolic disorder like diabetes, thyroid, PCOD, heart disease etc. I have helped hundreds of clients every month to give them a long lasting healthy weight loss.

Few tips to get you started on your weight loss journey:

  • Have filling breakfast which consists of cereal (complex carbohydrate), a protein source (egg/ beans/ milk and milk product) and vitamin and mineral source (fruit/ vegetables).
  • Have in between snacking of fruits and nuts.
  • Have plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
  • Have good fats e. G. Almonds/ walnuts/ flax seeds/ avocado/ pumpkin seeds/ coconut etc.
  • Drink plenty of water and avoid empty calories (soft drinks).
  • Avoid bakery products.
  • Eat variety in terms of cereal, pulses, nuts, fruits and vegetables.

You must quit your smoking completely and you must do it now, seriously. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. Go for a thorough medical check up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. But don’t fool yourself any smoking is harmful, and you need to seriously get on with quitting it completely and immediately.

Dear lybrate user, You r slightly under wt. Your wt should be between 64 kg to 70 kg. You should follow the under noted tips: Take,Banana,hot milk,butter,almond,walnuts,in d breakfast. Add little ghee,in your lunch. Take,Apple,carrots,cheese,spinach,milk,pumpkins. Homoeo medicine @ alfalfaQ -10 drops,thrice with little water. Reports,fortnightly,please.

lybrate-user, If your hypothyroidism is in control, then all the symptoms also will disappear. To achieve good control TSH should be between 3 to 4 mU/L. If it is higher than that, then symptoms will not go away. Thanks.

Do not start your day with tea or coffee, instead, opt for fruits/ nuts or milk
Do not skip meals, eat every 2-3 hours in small portions to control weight gain
Do not leave your house without eating breakfast. It helps to control hunger pangs during the day
Have fruits on empty stomach or during mid meals for proper nutrient absorption
Do not have a very large meal at one time as excess gets converted to fat. Keep some space vacant in your tummy
Have a light dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed. Do not immediately lie down after eating.
Do not binge on weekends. Choose wise options like salads, soups, grilled, roasted or steamed foods.
Have 35ml water/kg body weight. Keep sipping water every 20 minutes
Go for exercise in the morning as it helps to burn more fat.
Avoid midnight snacking as it can lead to digestion problems.
Go for regular health checkups to avoid problems later
Get a good sound sleep for at least 6- hours every night to re-energize yourself the next day.

Hi I'm Dr. Vikash, an Endodontist and Senior Consultant at Ethical Dental and Health Care, Sector-1004, Noida. Today I'm going to discuss about the most common disease in the world, that is Tooth Decay.

Inside everyone's mouth there is a war going on. Our tooth is under attack by various bacterias. These bacterias grow a layer called plaque. It is an invisible battle because bacterias are of same color as our tooth and they hide in hard to reach areas of our mouth like gum line and between tooth. Plaque bacteria attack on sugary tooth. They turn sugar into acid and acid into enamel. This is where our body fights back thanks to saliva. Saliva is full of minerals that replaces the tooth structures dissolved away by plaque acids. It takes about 20mins for the minerals to get back in balance after a meal. But if more minerals are taken away than replaced then enamel collapses and bacteria can get into tissue below. This causes cavity and the tooth is in trouble.

Bacteria will start rotting the dent in the enamel causing tooth decay. WHen decay hits sensitive area you get tooth decay. By now enamel is completely undermined. Although only a dentist can remove bacteria from cavity but you can play your own part in the battle. If you cut off in between meal snacks and regularly remove bacterias with brush and floss, then by this you will be helping your body win the war against tooth decay.

You may be suffering from polycystic ovarian disease or hypothyroidism. Get your thyroid function test and an ultrasound of uterus and ovary. It will give some idea. With the reports consut a gynaecologist.
