पीरियड्स को जल्दी लाने के उपाय जानने से पहले इसकी आवश्यकता और इसका महत्व भी समझ लेना ठीक है. कई ऐसे काम हैं जिनका समय निश्चित होने पर या अंदाजन भी हम उसे वक्त रहते ही निपटा लेना चाहते हैं. ऐसा हम तभी करते हैं जब इस काम का प्रभाव दुसरे काम पर पड़ने वाला होता है. मान लीजिए कि आपको किसी कार्यक्रम में जाना है या कोई ऐसा काम करना है जिसमें फिजिकली सक्रीय रहना पड़ सकता है. तो ऐसे कामों में पीरियड्स से काम बाधित होता है. इसलिए ही ऐसे ऐसे उपायों की आवश्यकता महसूस हुई. इन उपायों की बदौलत हम जब भी जरूरत हो उस समय तनावमुक्त रह सकते हैं.

1. विटामिन सी की सहायता से
विटामिन सी हमारे शरीर में कई तरह की रासायनिक क्रियाओं में सहायक की भूमिका निभाता है जैसे कि तंत्रिकाओं तक संदेश पहुंचाना या कोशिकाओं तक ऊर्जा प्रवाहित करना आदि. इसके साथ ही ये पीरियड्स को जल्दी आने में भी सहायक होता है. और ये आसानी से उपलब्ध भी है. विटामिन से हमें टमाटर, संतरा, नींबू, किवी फल, ब्रोकली, अजमोद आदि से मिल सकता है.
2. गर्म पानी का पैक लेकर
ये भी एक बेहद आसान और आसानी से उपलब्ध हो जाने वाला साधन है. पानी तो सबके यहाँ आसानी से उपलब्ध हो ही जाता है. गर्म पानी का पैक बनाकर पेट के निचले हिस्से में रोजाना 10-15 मिनट तक तब तक रखें जब तक मासिक धर्म शुरू न हो जाए. ऐसा करने से माहवारी जल्दी आता है.
3. संभोग से भी पीरियड्स को जल्दी ला सकते हैं
आपको ये जानकार थोड़ा अजीब लग सकता है लेकिन ये सच है. पीरियड्स के जल्दी आने में संभोग भी मदद करता है. लेकिन इस उपाय का प्रयोग केवल शादी-शुदा लोगों को ही करना चाहिए. दरसल इस दौरान आपके शरीर से कई तरह के हार्मोन मुक्त होते हैं. इनमें से कुछ हार्मोन आपके पीरियड्स को जल्दी लाने वाले भी होते हैं.
4. अदरक की चाय की सहायता से
ये उपाय तो ऐसा है कि इसे कोई भी आसानी से इस्तेमाल कर सकता है. जाहिर है चाय तो लगभग सभी लोग पीते ही हैं. तो आपको बस इतना करना है कि अदरक की चाय पीनी है. एक दिन में दो कप अदरक की चाय पिने से भी पीरियड्स जल्दी आते हैं. यदि आपको अदरक के चाय पसंद नहीं है तो आप सुबह में अदरक का रस गुड़ के साथ ले सकती हैं.
5. पपीते की मदद से
कहा जाता है कि अन्य फलों की तुलना में पपीता में बहुतायत मात्रा में विटामिन आदि पाए जाते हैं. पपीता में कैरोटिन भी प्रचुर मात्रा में पाया जाता है. दरअसल पपीता में पाया जाने वाला कैरोटिन, महिलाओं में मासिक धर्म चक्र को नियंत्रित करने वाले एस्ट्रोजन हार्मोन को स्त्रावित होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है.
6. तनाव से दूर रहकर
वैसे तो तनाव से दूर रहना ही हमारे लिए सबसे फायदेमंद होता है. तनाव से दूर रहना हमें कई परेशानियों से बचाता है. आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी कि तनावग्रस्त रहने से हमारा शरीर हार्मोन्स रिलीज करने में देरी करता है. लेकिन यदि आप तनावमुक्त हैं तो शरीर में हार्मोन्स समय पर रिलीज हो जाते हैं. जिससे कि पीरियड्स आने में अनावश्यक देरी नहीं होती है.
7. कुछ मसाले भी हैं मददगार
1. मसाले के रप में तो धनिया का इस्तेमाल खूब किया होगा. अब आप इसे पीरियड्स को जल्दी लाने के लिए भी इस्तेमाल कर सकती हैं. दो कप पानी में एक छोटी चम्मच धनिया के बीज डालकर तब तक उबालें ओर जब पानी एक कप रह जाए तो धनिया को छानकर निकाल लें और इस पानी को दिन में तीन बार पिएं.
2. पानी में मेथी का बीज डालकर भी ऐसे ही उबालें और फिर इसे छानकर पानी को पीते रहें.
3. दिन में एक छोटा चम्मच तिल का बीज 2 बार गर्म पानी के साथ लेने से भी पीरियड्स को जल्दी लाने में मदद मिलती है.
4. रात में सोने से पहले एक ग्लास में दो छोटे चम्मच सौंफ का बीज मिलाकर छोड़ दें. सुबह उठकर इस पानी को पिएं.

Please Bleeding occurs due to rupture of hymen The hymen can rupture by cycling, exercise, weight lifting etc So it is not necessary to have bleeding during first intercourse.

Hello, She is not pregnant for sure. She may be suffering from PCOS, which needs to be evaluated and menses can be resumed with a progesterone withdrawal course.

High weight is a health risk as there are more chances of developing diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy. if cycles are regular from 28 to 30 days, day 12 to day 16 are highly fertile.

Breast anatomy shows that most of it is fat based and the bulk is formed by fatty tissue in those who have large breasts. In your case, you are having adequate weight and for your height it is ok. Size of the breast are not a hindrance to any function. So why be fixated at achieving a size 28 breasts? even if your breasts appear large now, after a while when you reach 30s etc your breasts may match the weight gain which you will have following growth, pregnancy etc. Looks do not matter, cleanliness, confidence does. There are many bollywood actors and actresses who are not good looking, but their acting makes them give super performance. So stop worrying about your looks and breasts. Concentrate on what you want to be, go for that goal and make efforts to achieve it. The confidence that you exude after this accomplishment is what will make you look appealing. If you insert any liquid on the vagina it increases the chance of infection inside the vagina and ultimately you r at risk of getting infected. So refrain from any such activities. Of course you can kiss on the vagina but please do not apply anything there.

Hello sir, Just need to discuss one of the major problem my fiance is facing now. We have a sexual intercourse with safety precautions during her cycle period which is on 6th April 2016. We have gone through sexual intercourse major times as on 22nd, 23, 26, 27, 28 all in safety condition. On 26th april she ate I pill on a safer side. She perform hcg test with I can two times for which the result is negative. Now she is feeling weakness and headache in bw. Now the period cycle date is finished on 4th may and we are confused. Please suggest a medicine for pregnancy case if any issues are there As we are not ready for it. Thanks waiting for reply.

You basically seem to be worried because she has missed her scheduled period. This is common with emergency contraceptive pills like i-pill. So do not panic. Do a urine pregnancy test. If it's negative then you need not worry and just wait for the periods to start on their own. If the test comes positive she is most probably pregnant, in that case you need to consult a gynecologist without delay if you both do not wish to continue the pregnancy.

But what about healthy eating? are you supposed to forget all about it, when you're dining out? absolutely not. We tell you how you can eat healthy when eating out. Use these tips to make smart choices, and you can enjoy the occasional splurge, without worrying about the calories.

1. Do not go out on an empty stomach

Have a light, but filling snack before you head out for dinner. An empty stomach may lead to over-eating or bad choices. Have a fruit, maybe an apple, or a low-calorie yoghurt, to keep the hunger pangs at bay.

2. Be informed

Check the menu of the restaurant beforehand. You'll be able to make healthier choices, and have a better idea of what you wish to eat.

Once there, do not hesitate to ask the server or the chef, about the nutritional information of the dish you want to order. Ask them about the method of cooking if you're unsure. Also, a lot of restaurants these days can customize dishes according to the customer's preference. For example, if your dish comes with a side of chips or fries, get it replaced with veggies.

3. Order right

For non-vegetarians, we recommend grilled or kebab meats. Always opt for lean meats. Tandoori items are your best bet, as they are relatively healthier, when compared to fried items or gravy based dishes. For vegetarians, grilled, baked and roasted dishes are recommended.

4. Go for an a la carte meal

Tempting as they might be, avoid buffets. Surveys have shown that buffets encourage over eating. That second or third helping of a dish may seem tempting, but it is never good for your waist line!

5. Drink lots of water

Drink water with your meal. It will keep you full, and is a much better alternative to sugar filled cold drinks. Also, water helps break down the food, so that your body can absorb the nutrients. But occasionally, we don't say no to a glass of wine, along with your meal.

6. Guilt free dessert

There's good news for all those who have a sweet tooth. You can eat the dessert! all you need to know is how to go about it. Dessert does have a lot of calories, but you can skip the main course and just opt for the dessert instead. That way, you will just be consuming the calories from the sweet treat, instead of the main course. So go ahead, have a slice of that delicious red velvet cake for dinner!

7.Diet friendly alcohol

For people who can't have social outings without alcohol, you should make intelligent choices when it comes to booze as these are sheer empty calories. While champagne is the best choice as it has the least no. Of calories, scotch has 105 kcal, vodka has 96 kcal and beer will definitely give you a beer belly. Red wine is good for the heart but has good 125 kcal per serving. Try diluting the drinks with more of sodas or water unlike juices or aerated drinks, as they further add on to the calories.

this is too early for u to plan a pregnacy. wait 6 months, get investigations done for cause of abortion, improve ur health. day7-17 of your menstrual cycle is your fertile period of ovulation.

Dear, irregular periods are common during initial two to three years of menarche. Pl get few tests ie serum tsh, prolactin and usg pelvis done and consult with reports.

Hello! 1. Weight reduction to the tune of 5 to10% of your weight is treatment number 1. 2. Dietary modification and lifestyle modification are second treatment. Try exercising for atleast 3 hours in a week. Limit high carbohydrate foods like rice, potatoes and eats lots of grains and pulses. Some people may need sugar modifying agents or hormones according to their symptoms.
