Please review your daily routine and try to balance everything naturally. (Food habits and exercise play a major role in adjusting the sleep pattern ). It may take some time for the body clock to adjust to your changed work timings. Avoid tea and coffee as it can interfere with the sleep rhythm (bio-clock) which is already struggling to adjust. Avoid medications without proper medical examination by a doctor to avoid adverse effects. Read more from health magazines and the internet about healthy lifestyle, and also about how to adapt to changing work shifts (different working hour ).

in Homeopathy, a huge number of wonderful medicines are present that are used to tackle hair loss cases. Every kind of hair loss (ranging from hair loss due to anemia / nutritional deficiencies, due to skin disorders, due to mental / physical trauma, due to childbirth or menopause, after acute diseases, to alopecia areata, alopecia totalis or androgenetic alopecia) can be treated with the help of well selected homeopathic medicines. Hair loss is due to dietary deficiency, hormonal imbalance, stress, strong chemical effects, styling tools, dandruff.

Exercise. Nothing aids sleep at night like a good workout during the day. You don’t have to join a gym or spend hours on a treadmill to reap the benefits, though. Try taking a dance or yoga class with a friend, playing activity-based video games with your kids, watching your favorite TV show while on a stationary bike, or enjoying outdoor activities such as golf, playing Frisbee, or even yard work. Aim for 30 minutes or more of activity on most days—or three 10-minute sessions if that’s more convenient—but not too close to bedtime. Avoid naps. Napping during the day can make it more difficult to sleep at night. If you feel like you have to take a nap, limit it to 30 minutes before 3 p. M. Limit caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages at least eight hours before bed. While alcohol can make you feel sleepy, it interferes with the quality of your sleep, and nicotine is a stimulant. Avoid late meals. Try to avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods can take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and spicy or acidic foods can cause heartburn. Stick to a regular sleep schedule. Support your biological clock by going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, including weekends, even if you’re tired.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

To treat the cause of problem is best to get rid of disease. U have yourself caught culprit of cough- chocolate, biscuit or other food from out side. Stop giving all items like these, cough shall be cured. Mild cold time to time is not abnormal. However for increasing immunity, Vitamin A 60.000 units once in a week for 6 weeks and Zinc syrup 20 mg daily for 2 weeks can be given.

Looking into your issues and goals, will be good if you meet and consult a sports physiotherapist personally. For weight loss you should be avoiding all packed and market foods, take less cooked food, avoiding all kinds of stuff having white sugar, reduce intake of milk and milk products, increase intake of fruits, raw vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts.
