Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hi lybrate-user aerobic workouts aerobic workouts increase your heart rate. The cardiovascular exercises help to blaze calories and fat from your body. To reduce belly fat follow the rule. Do aerobic exercises for 30 minutes, 5 days per week. If you follow the program, you are sure to burn calories resulting in weight loss of 2 lbs in a week. Increase the time to another 30 minutes, to shed more weight. Fast walking, swimming and pedaling your way are the workouts to reduce belly fat. Indian women can easily reduce belly fat by doing domestic work without using any machines. Circuit training circuit training is doing a combination of workouts repeatedly. It includes 30 seconds of jogging, 10 lunges, 10 pushups, 10 bicep curls, 10 sit-ups and 10 squats. Doing the circuit training regularly, you can increase your heart rate and improve your muscle groups in your body such as core, legs buttocks and arms. Complete the circuit training exercise by doing the activities mentioned in 1 one minute without any break. The routine workout helps your weight loss program. The plank routine the plank workout reshapes the abdominal muscles underneath your belly fat. This is a simple exercise to try; lay yourself on the floor with your stomach touching the floor. Now, transfer your weight to forearms and toes and slowly lift your body off the floor and you are on the straight line from head to toes. When lifting your body off the floor, breathe deeply for 30 seconds and gradually increase the time once you gain abdominal strength.

Causes of lack of sleep: • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Excess intake of alcohol, caffeine (tea, coffee) • Due to drugs, Due to high blood pressure. • Aging Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot.

Dear user, first of all keep yourself covered in traffic as pollution severly affects your skin. Always cover you face with a cotton cloth. Apply sunscreen before going out in the sun or pollution. As far as health is concerned, pollution contains harmful gases that affects us internally. The best way to keep yourself healthy is to exercises daily and have a nutritious food.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Dinner? whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple.

It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods .

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of pores will definately help you to remove the pores and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from pores & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration ( making of new skin ) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily . It has vitamins that provide sufficient nutrition to the skin. you can drink a glass of carrot juice daily . * Drink 1/2 lime juice daily . It contains vitamin C good for your skin. * Drink a glass of milk with one teaspoon of MALTOVA POWDER daily at night . * Do jogging for 5 minutes daily .Increase the time of jogging daily with one to two minutes . it increase circulation and flow more blood towards the pores and make them heal earlier . * Do neck massage with oil in upward motion. * For apply on pores do these methods on your face so do this method stepwise : • Steam your face for 3 to 4 minutes . Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1.  Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2.  Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3.  Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day.  4.  Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5.  Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc.  6.  Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7.  Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8.  Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9.  Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10.  Believe in yourself.

Dear , I would like to applaud the fact that you are concerned about the health issues of diabetes and are looking to monitor your sugar levels and take adequate protection for the amelioration of the issue. Diabetes comes with a number of issues, especially related to the heart, kidneys, eyes and blood vessels. Maintaining a good blood sugar level is essential for protecting your organs. For holistic control of blood sugar, the following are essential and I would be glad to go over them in more details in consultation: a. Diabetic diet, which limits you to 1600 kcal per day (could be less/more, depending on your bmi) and is supplemented with regular aerobic exercise. B. Maintenance of blood sugar, and regular monitoring of fasting and after meal sugars using a glucometer and by hba1c measurement once every 3-4 months. C. Baseline estimation of lipids, kidney function, ophthalmoscopy, heart work up, etc. To have an idea of any other organ impairment. D. Preventive and curative drugs for various issues. I would be happy to provide details on these issues if you so deem pertinent. Best regards.

Common signs and symptoms of dengue fever include: High fever, possibly as high as 105°F (40°C) Pain behind the eyes and in the joints, muscles and/or bones. Severe headache. Rash over most of the body. Mild bleeding from the nose or gums. Bruising easily. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily.
