Take hingwashtaka churna 5gm with. Warm water twice daily if you are not hypertensive. If hypertensive, prefer pineapple and curd.

It is definitely an over dose but as the doctor has seen it, keep a watch. You can get liver and kidney functions done to see if there is any abnormal function noticed.
