1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, loss of facial glow and sexual problem.. 4.Consult sexologist for further advice

Hi doctor I have a question here, My friend bala is having headache sometimes and he is having cold too so is that reason?, if my friend not taking food at proper time also coz work he gets headache otherwise okay. Hello welcome to the Lybrate. Common cold can lead headache is a constitutional symptom. So whenever having cold decongestant tablet can be prescribed for that and for pain for headache, paracetamol sos can be prescribed. Check your blood pressure level as well and serum Glucose level. Hello, The main causes of hair loss are, stress, overpressure, irregular life style, junk food & inadequate sleep, regulate  your life style to overcome hairloss & dandruff ,please.  Go for meditation to reduce stress & overpressure. Hello, Tk, whole wheat, eggs, milk, cheese, milk products, meat, fish, shellfish and poultry, some soy and rice beverages as well. Go for a walk in the morning. Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish your body. Your diet be easily digestible on time to check gastric disorder. Avoid, junkfood, alcohol and Nicotine. If you have diabetes then appropriate treatment has to be initiated to control blood sugar effectively. Because high blood sugar can damage most of the vital organs like eyes (retina), kidneys, small and large blood vessels, heart, lower limbs and nerves. To suggest any treatment I need to know fasting, pp sugar levels, hba1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise and drugs being taken with dosage. You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) Some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid washing TV and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music

It’s is given for acidity/ GERD. 1. Lose weight (if you r obese). Obesity is the leading cause of GERD/ Acidity. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 11. The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money. We don't recommend surgery or any medicines.

Hi, Drink coffee or tea when you feel sleepy. Be active and do not sit idle. Consume in small quantities frequently as heave intake of food also makes you feel sleepy.
