Knee pain looks like is because of arthritis I think you approaching menopause try using ice and simple pin killers for knee pain do physio for stregthening your muscles that will reduce your knee pain avoid sitting on floor with folded knee and avoid indian style toilet.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear lybrate-user you have a problem with your tm joint - jaw bone joint and so apply ice for 20 min and rest is needed. So eat soft food easy to chew and take some painkillers. If not getting ok then visit a doctor.

Hello, does your pain subsides along with time during day? is there any swelling or stiffness also? get your serum uric acid checked and inform me. Improve your diet. Avoid non veg if you take, lower the consumption of milk and milk products and legumes, spinach and mushroom. Increase daily intake of water.
