It give temporary relife if you have get permenent solution you should take anti fungal shampoo and healthy diet and multivitamin tab required for healthy scalp and avoid spicy food. And wash hair regularly. Dandruff without itching may be due to dryness of scalp.

It is too early to say what you are suffering until the investigations of stools or endoscopy is done. But it is gastritis, probably an intestinal inflammation, could be due to bacterial infection. Another could be called as Irritable bowel syndrome. It is linked with stress.

It could be accumulation of dirt, dust, pollutants etc. It could be allergy or drug reaction. If it's not reaction of drug or allergy, try to clean the skin by scrubbing and herbal mild skin cosmetics of renowned brand. Take oral'raktashodhak' medicines and leafy greens to the max. Revert after a month.

Skipping breakfast leads to various problems in future if not immediate. Firstly it leads to early depletion of energy levels. Secondly it leads to depletion of blood sugar levels and disrupted insulin levels. Thirdly it leads to decreased immunity in near future. Never skip breakfast and try eating meals at regular intervals.

So what I should do ...
1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

On Tuesday. I was in class. I got sweating and certainly my heart start beating fast nd my ears nd face become red and hot. Immediately I went to Dispensary in my college. They checked my bp it was normal 122/85 but my pulse rate was 112 at that time. Then I start losing my consciousness like I am very weak and I can't even move. And I got difficulty in breathing too at that time. After some time When everything was fine my body starts shivering and I feel like its very cold. My body starts shivering and after sometime it becomes normal. Today also I got the same. My heartbeat becomes faster nd face nd ears become red nd hot nd its difficult to breath. But after 2-3 minutes everything becomes fine and same shivering and cold temperature. My Triglycerides is 326.10 mg/DL And 25-OH Vitamin D is 17.68 My age is just 20 and weight is 56kgs. What is that I Don't knw. I am very scared. Please help me out?

Hello lybrate-user, what you are experiencing are episodes of panic attack. Do not worry, it's very normal to have these in times of extreme stress. You seem to be worried about exams/ upcoming events. The ways you can treat the episodes is by practicing breathing exercises, doing pranayama too helps this. In times of an attack you need to breath into a bag - preferrably a paper bag, but small plastic bag too can be helpful. Do not worry this is not life threatening.

Dear, These are the causes of hair fall: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

I am 7 month pregnant. And also low lying placenta. Today there is a small bleeding through motion. So I had Any serious problem?

Bleeding with motion can be due to internal haemorrhoids (piles) which get aggravated during pregnancy. It is not a serious problem as long as you maintain healthy bowels. Avoid constipation. Take plenty of liquids and fruits. Avoid non-veg. Thanks.

Hello, Dark circle/line around eye are due to several reasons like: 1. stress 2. lack of sleep 3. Lack of Nutrition in diet kindly follow advises given below 1. drink lot of water 2. Hello Doctor, Good afternoon. I'm a 22 year old female. I face a major problem with sleeping. My problem is I either sleep continuously for days. Night and day. Or stay awake continuously for even 3 days. On days of sleeplessness although my eyes get extremely tired and painful I cannot sleep no matter how hard I try or whatever strategy I tend to use. Kindly apply orahelp gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated, stressed or having lack of sleep as these are few of the reasons for ulcers. Avoid hot and spicy food as this may irritate the ulcers.
