Varicocele is not cured by medicines, it needs a surgery depending on the grade. The medicines you have been prescribed must be for reasons other than varicocele.

It can be by either of them. Ulcers will definitely cured by medicines, hiatus hernia may require operation if not controlled by medicines.

If he has no problems passing urine, you can do it before sending him to school. If he has difficulty passing urine this has to be done as early as possible.
