Sir, while folding and unfolding some of my fingers of both hands experience pain now a days. Could you please explain the reason and what I should do?

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Hello, please send me your all investigation report to understand the problem. These types of problems are may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Hi, at such an young age, the possibility can be general weakness due to which pain in hands and legs occurs. Send me more details to rule out the possibility. The pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Hi This could be because of lumbar canal stenosis which means narrowed spinal canal where nerves can get compressed and the compression increases during standing and walking which causes increased pain during walking and standing If she has any weakness like unable to get up from chair or unable to hold chappals while walking I would like to see the patient.

Hi, you should consult with general surgeon for needful. This may need decompression surgery. Do not worry this is not a major surgery. If there is no relief with medications surgery is required. You can ask about intralesional steroid injections also, this may give you relief,

Use a face wash with oil control and salicylic acid content to clear your acne problem. Always keep your face clean and never touch your face with your hands. Stop eating oily, spicy and fried foods. Stop eating junk foods also.
