I am suffering from shoulder pain and back pain since last year, what can do? For this.

I am suffering from shoulder pain and back pain since last year, what can do? For this.
You can do hot water fermentation for shoulder / you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain. This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain. We suggest neck mobilization exercises that would reduce the stress falling on the shoulder. We also suggest patients to do shoulder mobilization exercises ie. general shoulder movements/neck movements which will help you to improve the blood circulation. It looks like you are anaemic. That's the reason your body becomes tired and you also have pain in the shoulder and back. And also your muscles become too tired especially in the area of the body where you get maximum body weight (ie. back) and shoulder which moves excessively during the day for any activity which we do with our hand. If the pain subsides after the day starts ie. once your metabolic activity starts in the body then you become alright, so you can take bath in warm water which would help you to break the tiredness. And also you can check with your calcium & vitamin levels in your body by consulting a general physician. You can also improve the protein diet in your body.

I am having severe cervical and backache problem from last 1 year and it pains a lot only in winters not in summers so what should I do to cure that?

Take posture care. Do neck and back strengthening exercises. Check thyroid. Otherwise meet me at my clinic during pain in winter.

I am having lower back pain and tigh pains and slight body pains frequent and suddenly. And slight burning and uncomfortable near my anus. And mild stomach cramps frequently and headaches. And before two days I had a little clear white discharge from my nipples when squeezed and yesterday onwards I got a small lump begning under my arm pit and its having slight pain when pressing. Can you plzzz help me why I am having all these.

I am suffering from severe muscle n joints pain so I had undergone some tests including RA factor ANA ANCA Anti CCP .all d tests were negative but my VitD25 hydroxy is 14.84 nmol/L. Wat precautions n treatment shall I undergo.

Hi Vitamin D3 deficiency has this symptoms which you are facing. Please start vitamin supplements and diet i.e. Egg white or one glass milk everyday. Early morning sunlight exposure along with that regular walking and exercise. Regards.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Kindly improve your posture- sitting @ workplace & at home. Eat proper diet. Do simple back exercise (back extension in prone lying position)

Take break between long travel use lumbar belt sit straight tk muscle relaxant medicine and do spine stretching exercise in daily routine. 2nd option tk physiotherapy treatment immediate relief with all preventions.

There are many theories regarding joint sounds. But these sounds are considered normal if not associated with pain. Strengthening of the muscles around your elbow and knee will help to reduce the sound. But it will not eliminate it.

Dear sir your biomechanical spine has been alterd. So you are getting pain. So ill suggest to go nearest pbysiotherapy centre or can visit us in gurgaon sec 50. This can be solved by only physiotherapist.
