I am a 55 yr old male having" painful bladder syndrome" since last 9 yrs. In this disease there is urgency, high frequency and painful voiding. There is 24x7 pain in bladder. Pain level change is abrupt and there is no set pattern. Night time is very bad when I have to spend more than 15-20 minutes for the very painful voiding. In food, I have to avoid items where potassium content is more e. G. Coconut water, papaya, dry dates etc. In allopathy there is no medicine for this disease called'interstitial cystitis. I have tried homeopathy also but after more than a year of trial & error left it too. This disease is more common in females then males in a ratio of 9: 1. Due to constant pain and relieving in squatting position, I am unable to go any where out of my house as availability of public loo is scare & also very unhygienic. Life has become very tough for me. If you can suggest in remedy or how to reduce the pain then I will be very thankful to you.

Dear, I would like know who and how the diagnosis is made. In this condition pain is not constant appears only when certain amount of urine is collected in bladder and passing urine pain settles down till the same quantity of urine is collected in bladder. As time passes patient learns that passing urine relieves pain so passes urine without an urge to pass urine but just to relieve pain. Over years bladder capacity decrease and frequency increases even more. Sometimes the disease disappears suddenly as it came. This disease is not so common and in modern days it is more often than not over diagnosed. So I would want to see all reports along with pictures of the scan and biopsy report in detail. Besides that two other possibilities are anal fissure due to constipation and bladder outflow obstruction with chronic cystitis and rarely tuberculous cystitis. Post the reports here.

In your age group" acne vulgaries" is common due to harmonal changes. In your case masturbation is coincident. In yuor age group sexual thought & urge are common in this era.

Follow the following medication and guidelines----start the treatment with single dose of tuberculinum 1m. After 1 week of this take the below:- * first week- you should take baryta carb 1m, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take thuja 1m, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- again take baryta carb 1m, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take thuja 1m, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *take rite -hite tablets from sbl, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow? s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *do yoga (especially tadasan) and stretching exercises. *revert after 1 month.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumbar support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. You are getting pain because of your sitting position for long hours. You need to strengthen your back muscles by doing regular exercise and yoga. Avoid eating chilled and sour food items. Medication. Dashmoolarishta kadha 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water. Mahayograaj guggul 2-2-2 trayodashaang guggul 2-2-2. All for 6months.

It is not necessary to do exercise at the same exact time. Morning to midnight, anytime is best time. Body will benefit with any exercise. However creating a disciplined daily morning routine of exercise helps you stay on track and it becomes a lifelong habit and it is easy to follow.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

May be because of sedentary life style. The good pyramid has evolved continuously over the past 100 years as per the need of the body and availability of nutrients. Well, it is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), or take more carbs and less protein, tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. This causes imbalance in the body so you have to first deal with your deficiencies and nutrient gaps by food supplements. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day.

Use rose herbal face pack.(mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products or take multani mitti 1 tablespoon add 1/4th tablespoon of jaiphal powder and 1/4th tablespoon of turmeric. Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on skin and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Use almond oil after it for moisturizing the skin. Follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

Sedentary lifestyle along with wrong eating habits can lead to weight gain. Also hormonal disorders can lead to weight gain. So you need to do a blood panel and eat well n exercise well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Firstly start eating Triphla chooran in morning with luke warm water empty stomach. Secondly note down the below points to gain benefits: Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. 1. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime. Buy a pedometer to check how much step you walk, its a cheap gadget available in medical shops. 2. You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3. Eat handfull of roasted almond every day. 4. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. 5. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. 6. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. 7. Start doing surya namaskar, its more than a weight loss exercise. From improving your posture, strengthening muscles to whittling extra inches around the waist, the benefits of Suryanamaskar are many, provided you adapt it the right way. A set of 12 fixed, cyclic postures define Suryanamaskar which when performed repeatedly at an easy pace can bring a sense of well being, almost immediately. However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 8. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). 9. Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Drinking water during or after meals can bring almost 103 types of disease in your body. Thanks:

Weight reduction You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. Please note that weight reduction cannot be achieved overnight or over a week/month as many ask. It is an ongoing process of reducing food intake and exercising to burn the calories you consume. There are exercises specific for each part of body like cheek, hips, thighs or abdomen/ buttocks, or chest. . Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. By cutting 500 calories a day (a total of 3500 per week), and otherwise eating a balanced diet, you may find you lose approximately a pound a week. It would be better for you to visit dental clinic in your area. It can be solved by proper cleaning or scaling. Usually it occurs cuz of calculus deposit which keal to gingival swelling (gingivitis. If possible use soft tooth brush. Nd maintain oral hyegine.
