Try to avoid prolong sitting and do stretching exs. If pain persists seek online consultation for specific exercises program which will help stretch and strengthen your back.

I am a 49 years old man and I am experiencing pain in sholuder and back.
Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

44 aged woman. Suffering from shoulder pain which passes to right hand muscle and around neck. How it can be cured.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Here most of every one commented on back pain. I know it is commonest problem. And it needs to be addressed.

Exercise and advice what all physios have posted are excellent.

List out as below:-
Muscle strength
aerobic conditioning
Stretching muscle
Posture
Weight loss to change angle of the spine
Dynamic and static stretching
Important of all neural stretch to maintain neural flexibility as most of the sedentary people develop stiff muscles and that leads to decrease neural mobility with due to pinching or getting compressed within the muscles or entry and exit between the muscles. Main nerves for neural stretch is sciatic nerve.
that is the commonest affected. Please do consider in your practices as it will provide a very good outcome for back pain.

and this has to be learned and practice under physiotherapist suprvision

(C) Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days (D) Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (E)Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (F) Do not ignore it. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I will advise you to get some basic blood tests done empty stomach so that I can see whether there is an element of inflammation or not, get cbc, esr, crp, serum electrolytes and serum vitamin d levels done. Some amount of breast pain or discomfort is normal in premenstrual phase. Nothing to worry. If it's bothering too much, consult your gynaecologist for a checkup and you may be required to put on medications for it.

change your work environment: choose correct height of chair, support your back fully upto neck, sit in chair by supporting your thighs fully, place your feet completely supported in floor, rest your forearms during typing or writing, do not lean over table you work, take periodical relaxation from work place. do regular free exercises in morning. avoid cushion beds, bend your knees with a pillow under knees while sleeping. give hot water fermentation for back pain.

You need to take care of your posture as you said you have to sit for long hours. Sit erect and den work and you should stretch your back after every half an hour or 1 hour. Also do some yoga exercises especially for back like snake asann.

Hello, there are many causes behind backache *any strain or sprain in the muscles or ligaments of the back during lifting of heavy objects is the main cause of the lower back pain. *sitting in the wrong posture for a very long time is another cause. *people suffering from constipation may also suffer from lower back pain. *sometimes sleeping on wrong type of beds can also cause pain in the back. Follow the tips *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Avoid toward bending. Do hot fermentation and physiotherapy treatment. Stretching exercises if possible.
