After balooning and stenting of coarctation, some patients develop restenosis after some years. In that case, re-intervention is necessary.

I am 27. I am having bp since 2 yrs. I take bp tab daily (cilnidipine 10, telmisartan 40. Today I checked my that was 144/90 after not taking medicine for 4 days. Should I take medicine or work on something else. I have started taking multivitamins from a good youtube nutritionist. Should I take this instead of bp tab. It may not decrease my BP bt can provide support to other organs.

Multivitamins are not replacements for medications. Agreed that by diet and lifestyle modifications, you can reduce your BP to some extent. But if your BP still remains high you need to take your medicines. At 144/90 I may ask you to continue with diet and lifestyle routines for some more time. But you have to maintain strict diet and regular healthy lifestyle. But if your BP still remains high then you have to take your BP meds. At the same time you need to rule out certain underlying conditions which can cause high BP.

There's nothing safe or unsafe as such. If you have a condition for which a particular medication is necessary and its discontinuation may cause harm, then you have to continue it. Lifelong or not depends upon your condition. However if alternative safer medication can be given for your condition then you may choose one after consulting your doctor.

Stop lodoz 5. Control lifestyle factors. Whiteout htn rarely needs pharmacological treatment. Lifestyle modification with diet, exersise, stress management, good sleeping habit should suffice.

Sleeping related problems are basically related to chronic bad sleeping habits. Watching tv late, not doing regular exercise, worrying too much, stressful life are some factors. Apart from these co morbidities like diabetes, high bp, obesity also contribute. Going to bed earl, reading on bed, switching of lights, tv etc may help.

Most of the cases pain is due to lack of fitness especially in ladies. Daily household work can cause pain. Combination of physiotherapy and exercise might help.

As you said your physical activity is nil. Try to improve that first. Plus you need to control your stress and anxiety. Healthy diet low in salt, fat, simple carbohydrate and rich in fibres, vegetables along with daily exercise may help to control your bp.
