I am having mild hypertension. I am checking it from 3-4 months and it comes out 90-135 to 100-140. I am 32 years old and software engineer by profession. So there is less physical activity in my daily routine. My mother is also a high bp patient from many years. She is taking amlip 5 medicine daily.
