Hello! recently I had a strep throat with really high fever. It was the first bacterial infection I have ever had. After taking my antibiotics as my doctor prescribed, I was feeling alright for a few days then I started experiencing cold-like symptoms - headache, stuffy nose, sore throat. It’s been around 2-3 weeks since the strep throat, but I have the cold-like symptoms every day. It disrupts my sleep schedule and I sleep for around 5 hours a day. Any recent changes include the fact that i’m home almost all the time because of the pandemic and i’ve changed my diet for a healthier alternative. I was wondering what is the issue and why are those symptoms persisting. Many thanks.

Gargle your throat with black tea and salt or gargle with betadine gargle 2-3 times. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times.

Eat plenty of fruits and green vegetables. Walk atleast for half hour. During the lockdown you can stand at one place and raise your legs in kadamtal.
