Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Probably you are suffering from rheaumatism. You need to consult rheumatologist and get relevant investigations done.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - some blood tests like serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp help in better diagnosis of such condition. Also can you kindly send me the details of the surgery done on her so that I can see and then advise you accordingly.

I am 30 yrs old. I got a back pain for that I took mri. Dr. Said there s a disc bulge between l4 l5 n d pain s traveling from left side of my back till my feet. For this they suggest me a ls belt. Now i'm using it regularly. Without belt i'm not able to sit for more time. For how many days I want to wear belt? whats the solution for this.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It is plantar fascitis. You need to do stretching exercises for heel. Calf muscles stretching and tendo achilles stretching helps.

If her ra factor and anti ccp test both are positive, then it indicates an inflammatory pathology and my advise would be to consult a rheumatologist because it will require a long term supervised care. Your neurologist can answer the best in technical terms. As an ayurveda doctor, I may say, se high end vatnashak medicines have the potential to bring back normal sensation if nerve cells are not dead to a large extent.

Burning pain in the foot or toes could be due to high uric acid level, get it checked. Also if there is tingling and numbness in the leg which goes to the foot then at some point nerve is getting compressed leading to such sensations.

5 Ways to Stop Muscle Cramps

Muscle cramps are feared and loathed by all of us alike – they hurt, they slow us down and they just give us a helpless feeling! The most common cause of these cramps is premature fatigue which affects the reflex control of muscles. Here are 5 ways guaranteed to beat these troublesome muscle cramps:

1. Take rest
The most easy and sure-shot way to kill a muscle cramp is to take rest. Just rest your body, be at one place and the cramp will not last more than 3-4 minutes. Moving around will only cause the pain to be aggravated and eventually affect other areas as well.

2. Consume solutions rich in salt
Whenever you encounter a troublesome cramp, the first instinct is to reach for water. However, studies have shown that salt solutions are far more effective in countering cramps as compared to plain water. You can have pickle juice and similar drinks which have a high salt concentration.

3. Be physically active
The most common reason for muscle cramps is over-straining of the body. If you are planning to indulge in an extremely intensive physical activity, make sure to train well in advance. Also, keep the duration and intensity of the training at a similar level to that of the actual activity.

4. Keep your body hydrated
Dehydration is the root of a number of troublesome conditions, muscle cramps being one of them. Make sure to always carry a water bottle with you and drink a minimum of 7-8 glasses of water on a daily basis.

5. Indulge in light passive muscle stretching
When faced with a muscle cramp, in addition to resting, try and gently stretch the affected muscle. This continuous and light passive stretching lets the brain know that it can relax the muscle and help it return to normal.

Vitamin d deficency is most common in females and can easly be cured by medicine or avia healthy diet. But I believe that, this is not the reason for your problem. Either you have a nerve compression on shoulder or wrist. Either ask to your consultant for a nerve conduction test or go for minimum 15 days physiotherapy sessions to a well qualified therapist.

. You have to go for complete bed rest for at least 5 days now. Also go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti, localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Hello, under go a circulatory movement of your arm from shoulder joint, both way=clockwise and ant-clock wise. Take homoeo-medicine** @ sangunaria nit 200- 6 pills, thrice a day. @ rhus tox 200- 6 pills, thrice a day. Report wkly.

Thats mostly due to improper blood circulation, whichbm8ght bedue to increased lipid profile, low cslcium, potassium, zinc, iron levrls or sny b vomplex deficirncy. So, take proper nutritious diet, regular exercises.

Hello, if you are suffering from cervical spondylitis try to take some ayurveda medicines along with massage and physiotherapy. Take br. Vatachintamani ras tab 1 tab twice with honey 1tsf. Maha ygaraj guggal 500 mg twice after food, mahanarayan tel massage with hot fomentation. Use collar 8 hours to support your neck. Have mild physiotherapy bilaterally moving your head and neck. Sit in yoga and practice meditation.
