I had a lower back injury since last 6 months for which I have been doing exercises told by physio but them it's been almost 6 months now the pain is vanishing very slowly slow than I expected and sometimes I feel a pinched sensation and little pain still sometimes maybe because of my daily activities is there anything to be worried will it cure automatically by resting and exercises or there might be some serious issue as sometimes the pain is still there towards left side from the center of lower back please help thanks I got the x ray done but the ortho said only to take rest and gave me an ointment to apply on back but it's been 6 months and pain is still there though little but there.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

One of the main causes of foot pain is wearing shoes that do not fit properly. You can also develop foot pain if you are injured during high-impact exercise or sport activities, such as jogging or intense aerobics. There are a few general tips that can help relieve your discomfort. These include: 1.applying ice to the affected area 2.taking an over-the-counter pain reliever 3.using foot pads to prevent rubbing on the affected area 3.keeping the foot that is causing you pain elevated 4.resting your foot as much as possible You can take many measures to help prevent ongoing foot pain. For example: 1.choose comfortable, roomy, and well-cushioned shoes 2.avoid shoes with large heels and narrow toe areas 3.maintain a healthy weight 4.stretch before engaging in vigorous exercise 5.practice good foot hygiene 6.always wear some type of footwear when outdoors to protect your feet. Please consult a Physiotherapist nearby to find out the root cause and to apply Physiotherapy modalities and exercises to reduce your pain.

Do not try home remedies, visit physiotherapist for proper treatment, swd and inferential therapy helps in reducing pain fast. Go for physiotherapy treatment.

I have a low back pain. When it comes usually lasts for about 3 to 4 days. Even a simple walk gets difficult during the pain time. Is there a home remedy or anything I can try until I get my appointment fixed?

You can apply Hot compression for twenty minutes followed by Flexabenz gel application at low back , follow both thrice daily. Take Rumalaya Forte tab thrice daily after meal. Consult after five days. Thanks

Non veg is fine. No oily food. Reduce weight. Take milk for calcium. Sunlight exposure for vitamin d. Daily exercises for knee. Cycling is good. Some medicines will help.

Dear lybrate-user, sitting for long duration is not a problem, not sitting in a correct posture causes pain, in back and legs, always sit straight and if possible take a break every 1 hr. For severe pain, you can get swd and inferential therapy as you are suffering it since 10 years.
