Instead of depending only in external readymade support ( protein and vitamins suppliments ) please change your lifestyle. This will help your body to become strong and healthy very naturally. So eat only healthy food ( more natural products ) and avoid packaged, processed,junk food. Include fruits and vegetables everyday. You should also start exercising as that will enhance your metabolism and also strengthen your body. Exercise will also relax your mind and help you focus and improve concentration. Learn Yoga , sleep 7-8 hrs everyday. There is no harm in taking supplements for a short period.But remember to respect your body which has all the potential to heal itself provided you support it in a natural way.

Give her a balance diet. The food should be wholesome . So use natural products more and avoid readymade, processed or packaged food, junk food, cold drinks etc. Let her have milk if she likes it. She can also take cheese, butter , ghee in small amounts as frequently as she likes. Add fruits and vegetables everyday which will provide live nutrients ( vitamins and minerals etc ). Keep your staple food as a regular​ feature ( like roti and rice ) . You can also use multigrains​ atta for making roti. Use different types of daals every week ( beens ) if possible. She should also focus on exercising ( yoga and any sports ) which will help in proper digestion and protect her from becoming overweight later on.

Please ensure that you take frequent breaks when sitting on the chair for long hours. Please search the net for correct posture and exercises for the eyes and the whole body for people working for prolonged periods of time on the computer. Do check your eye sight and take an opinion​ from an opthalmologist .

No problem if there is no other complaint. See that you avoid freqent tea and coffee. Avoud alcohol and other stimulants. Drink only as much water as you feel thirsty (8-10 glasses). Adapt a healthy lifestyle. Do go for a routine medical check up if required. Revert with the feed back.

Sleep as you feel, some times you may feel more sleepy. Minimum 6-8 hrs of sleep is sufficient. Eat less at a time, avoid heavy food when studying. Have fruits and vegetables everyday as that will keep you fresh and help concentrate. Do yoga and go for brisk walk - 20 mins. Manage time smartly so that you should enjoy studying​ and not take it as a burden.

It's important to know the cause for the rashes so that correct treatment can be given. Soaps cannot enhance the beauty or texture of the skin. In fact excess use of soap (medicated ones also) can make the skin dry and lustreless. For the skin health to be maintained one has to eat healthy food (balanced diet) and keep it hygienic and clean. Give priority to the important work. Make a list of important things to be done today, and the whole weeks plan. You can still use the gadgets based on the needs ( useful information from the net etc ). Otherwise push the less important things or useless chats into the category of least important things in the list. It will take time for you ( for your ego ) to appreciate​ the values of time and importance of duty. So be patient with yourself. Spend more time towards building health and fitness than getting addicted to gadgets. Adapt a healthy lifestyle overall and stick to your commitments. Follow up for further clarification.

You should start exercising every day so that the bones and the muscle are in good condition. Go for a brisk walk everyday for 20 mins. Make it twice a day later. You can also do Yoga (pranayam and meditation included) to keep your body fit and maintain the energy levels. At the same time beware of the the food that you take. Try to eat only healthy food. Choose natural products over processed​ food, cold drinks etc. Maintain good hydration by drinking 8-10 glasses of water. External applications like shampoos or oils may not be effective in all cases. Its always pragmatic to deal with it by internal methods. It's a misnomer. Get away from any kind of suppliments which claim good health. Sometimes they can be harmful to the body also. My heel of both feet Xray lateral view states I have "bilateral retro plantar calcaneal spur" Severe pain in both heels. Currently taking health viva calcium with vit d3 tablet once per day.
