Hi lybrate-user, hope you are doing well! good that you wanted to improve your fitness, you will be improving your muscle by eating proper protein rich foods and regular physical activity. Eat daily boiled egg whites, protein shakes freshly made, almonds and walnuts, sprouts, pulses, all milk and milk products, drink loads of water throughout the day, keep hydrated your body, you will definitely find the result. Hi lybrate-user, hope that you are doing well I understood that you are eating food properly but you rare still not gaining weight, it could be because you might be not eating the right quantity or may be you are not following timings or you are not including all varieties of food groups. Please consult a dietician so that she/he will guide you properly.

Hi firstly you need to follow a proper balanced diet depending on your age, height and weight each and every individual will have different calories required by their body including all the nutrients. And you are a teenager and atleast you need 2000 kcal per day. Consult a dietician directly to know more and how to divide these calories among each and every food group.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user it is impossible to loose 15kgs weight in 1 month, if at all you are eating only fruits or drinking water and loosing weight it's not a healthy weight loss you will face other health issues. So please don't expect to loose weight in shortcuts. Healthy weight loss will be only 2-3 kgs per month by following a proper diet.
