Dear lybrate-user, Definitely qutan is not the treatment for dementia. At times to control behavioural problems of dementia, it needs to be given. Qutan 100 mg will not kill a person with dementia. That means no sudden death. But persons with dementia die earlier if they use such drugs. Now you decide for yourself what is the next course of action. Discuss with other family members also. If you all can manage the behaviour of the patient, no need of qutan.

  2. ब्लैकहैड्स के लिए:धनिया के पत्तों और हल्दी पाउडर का चेहरा पैक ब्लैकहैड्स के लिए एक महान समाधान है। धनिया गंदगी को साफ करने का काम करता है, जबकि हल्दी आपकी त्वचा में अतिरिक्त तेल निकालने में मदद करती है। हल्दी पाउडर के दो चम्मच के साथ धनिया को हल्का पीसकर पेस्ट बना लें। इस पेस्ट को अपने चेहरे पर लागू करें और इसे रात भर रखें। अगले दिन ठंडे पानी के साथ इसे धो लें। ब्लैकहैड से छुटकारा पाने के लिए, इसका नियमानुसार सप्ताह में कम से कम दो बार पालन करें।
     
  3. शुष्क त्वचा के लिए फेस पैक:दही और बेसन शुष्क त्वचा के लिए चमत्कार कर सकते हैं। बेसन त्वचा के लिए एक सफाई एजेंट के रूप में कार्य करता है और दही में मॉइस्चराइजिंग प्रभाव होता है। इसलिए, दही और बेसन का फेस पैक शुष्क त्वचा को पोषण देने और मृत कोशिकाओं को हटाने के लिए एक अद्भुत तरीका है। चिकना पेस्ट बनाने के लिए बेसन के दो बड़े चम्मच, दही के एक चम्मच, शहद के एक चम्मच और हल्दी की एक चुटकी मिलाएं। अपने चेहरे पर समान रूप से लागू करें और इसे लगभग पांच मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें और फिर इसे ठंडे पानी से धो लें। सूखी त्वचा का इलाज करने के लिए आप इसे नियमित रूप से कर सकते हैं।
     
  4. चेहरे पर दाने के लिए:चंदन पाउडर के आधा चम्मच के साथ हल्दी पाउडर की एक छोटी मात्रा और मुल्तानी मिट्टी के दो चम्मच मिलाएं। एक पेस्ट बनाने के लिए थोड़ा नींबू का रस जोड़ें और इसे अपने चेहरे पर लागू करें। इसे सूखने दें और फिर इसे ठंडे पानी से धो लें।
    मुतानी मित्टी मैग्नीशियम क्लोराइड का समृद्ध स्रोत है, और मुँहासे के निशान को कम करने और त्वचा को साफ रखने में मदद करता है। जबकि, हल्दी एक एंटीसेप्टिक है और आपकी त्वचा के पीएच स्तर को भी बनाए रखता है। 
     
  5. कोहनी और घुटने को चमकदार बनाने के लिए:एक संतरे को बीच मे से काट लें और अपने कोहनी और घुटनों पर रगड़ें। उसके बाद इसे धो लें।
     
  6. शारीरिक स्क्रब:नारियल के तेल के दो बड़े चम्मच, दालचीनी का एक चम्मच, कसा हुए अदरक का एक चम्मच, ब्राउन शुगर का एक बड़ा चमच और जई का एक बड़ा चमच मिलाएं। यह मृत त्वचा कोशिकाओं से छुटकारा पाने में मदद करता है, नरम और अधिक चमकदार त्वचा पाने के लिए।
     
  7. प्राकृतिक शैम्पू:1 कप पानी के साथ ¼ कप सेब का सिरका मिलाएं। अपने बाल धोने के लिए इसे एक शैम्पू के रूप में उपयोग करें। 
     
  8. प्राकृतिक कंडीशनर:आप प्राकृतिक बाल कंडीशनर तैयार करने के लिए एवाकाडो का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। एक अंडे की जर्दी, शहद का एक बड़ा चमचा और एवाकाडो तेल का एक बड़ा चमच, एक पीसे हुए एवोकैडो के साथ मिलाएं। इसे अपने बालों में लागू करें और करीब 15 मिनट तक छोड़ दें। फिर इसे धो लें।

Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. 1. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. 2. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. 3. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 4. wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 5. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with B&T anti dandruff shampoo (SBL) 7. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.
