Panchakarma seems to be the ideal course for you. A 6 day program called virechana - if you can undergo this, followed by a strict diet plan and regular exercises, you will do great.

Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, whole milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Try to look into the factors which caused the weight gain n that will help you find answers to how you would lose weight. Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (fruits, vegetables) which are not processed. Small and frequent meals are advised. Do not stuff, do not starve. Hello focus on diet and exercise. Eat more of the right kind of foods. Eat more good quality protein. Add low fat dairy to your diet. Cut down carb intake. Avoid sugary foods. Eat lot of veggies and fruits. Include high fibre foods in your diet. Don't starve yourself. Do not skip your meals. Have breakfast everyday. Keep an eye on portion size. Have small portions. Drink plenty of water.

Hello lybrate-user, you have not mentioned about the site of rash and the characterstics of the rash. Its not a good idea to use fourderm cream for a rash whose cause has not been detected as it may provide symptomatic relief initially but may prove harmful in the long term. So you should stop using it and consult a dermatologist to get to the root cause of your problem and get treated accordingly. Hope that helps.

You are a very emotional person but don't get so emotional that every body wants to stay away from you. Maintain a diary write your thoughts and feelings about every one you feel attached. Day by day feel their response and separately write down your priorities of life feel that is these relationship is bigger then your future or priority. Hello there are many conditions which are associated with Pigmetation. Sometimes they are related to some dermatological conditions or sometimes they are secondary to environmental factors like ultraviolet lights and pollutants. Many creams are available in the market containing kojic acid or hydroquinone which would help in lightening the skin. Procedures in the form of chemical peel and certain lasers would target only pigment and make your skin lighter. Do consult a dermatologist or have an online consultation!
