What is the way to sleep. I will not get the sleep till 1 how can you help me to he full sleep.
1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

I dont know the reasons, whether, it may be due to change of water, weather, r bcoz of stress, where you do work, or due to studies. Etc, but, in general taking sufficient nutritious diet, avoiding junk food, taking fresh fruits, juices, raw veg, sprouts, dry nuts will certainly help you from getting relief from hair fall. If its due to dandruff, use shampoo. Very milder. Reduce applying oil. But can apply oil for 1 hr before the head wash, taking headbath weely 2-3 times, good. Use soft waer for head bath. Try touse hair oil. Which contains, homeopathially arnica, weisbadan, jaborandi, brahmi, acid phos, lyco, etc. N shampoo also with same contents. Take weisbadan 200 daily twice[6-8 pills].

Yes. Fasting is not at all a good way to reduce weight. As it lads to weakness. This type of weight loss is temporary also. 1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water Eating every 2 hours increases basal metabolic rate also. If you follow this over a period of time you will see that your intake of food has decreased Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc.

Hi Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee.junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

You reduce weight to stay healthy and fit. Do regular exercise like push ups, sit ups, plank, yoga etc. Eat small amount of food. But do not skip meals. Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals. Use extra protein to lose weight. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals.

झाई एक प्रकार का त्वचा संक्रमण है जिसके कारण चेहरे पर भूरे या काले रंग के तिल जैसे धब्बे दिखाई पड़ती है. मेलेनिन का निर्माण मेलेनोसाइट्स नामक कोशिकाएं द्वारा होती है जो आपके त्वचा की रक्षा करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. मेलेनिन के अधिक उत्पादन हाइपरपिगमेंटेशन के लिए जिम्मेदार होती है जो चेहरे पर काले या भूरे रंग क्र धब्बे विकसित करते है. आइये देखते है चेहरे से झाइयाँ हटाने के उपाय.

1. संतरे का छिलका
संतरे के छिलके को धुप में सूखने के लिए छोड़ दें. इसे पूरी तरह से सुखाने के बाद छिलको को मिक्सर में डाल कर पाउडर बना लें. पाउडर में अन्य सामग्री को भी मिला दें. अब इस मिश्रण को अच्छे से घुलने के बाद प्रभावित क्षेत्र पर लगाएं. इस मिश्रण को चेहरे पर सूखने के बाद गुनगुने पानी से धो लें. बेहतर परिणाम प्राप्त करने तक इसे हफ्ते में दो से तीन बार लगाएं.

2. एवोकाडो
एवोकाडो को अच्छी तरह से मैश करने के बाद इसे चेहरे पर लगाएं. इसे कुछ समय तक चेहरे पर छोड़ दें. इसके सूखने के बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ धो लें. इस पेस्ट को एक महीने में एक या दो बार जरुर लगाएं. एवोकाडो में फोलिक एसिड और विटामिन सी होता है जो झाइयों के लिए कारगर सिद्ध होता है.

3. सेब का सिरका
सेब के सिरके को पानी में मिलाये और इस मिश्रण को अपने प्रभावित हिस्सों पर लगाएं. इस मिश्रण को कुछ मिनट तक छोड़ दें. इसके बाद गुनगुने पानी से धो लें. बेहतर परिणाम प्राप्त करने तक इसे दिन में दो बार लगाएं. सेब के सिरके में पाए जाने वाला एस्ट्रिजेंट गुण चेहरे के प्राकृतिक रंग को बनाये रखता है.

4. खीरा
खीरे की सारी सामग्री को एक कटोरे में निकाल लें. अब इसको अपनी प्रभावित हिस्सों पर लगाए. इस मिश्रण को सूखने तक लगा छोड़ दें. इस मिश्रण को रोजाना दिन में दो बार लगाना से बेहतर परिणाम दिख सकते हैं. खीरे चेहरे को निखारने के लिए भी जाना जाता है.

5. चंदन की लकड़ी
चंदन की लकड़ी को एक साथ मिलकर पेस्ट बना लें. इस पेस्ट को प्रभवित क्षेत्र पर लगाएं. इस पेस्ट को आधे घंटे तक के सूखने के लिए छोड़ दें. अब इस पेस्ट को गुनगुने पानी के साथ धो लें. चंदन एक प्रभावी ब्लड फिल्टर के रूप से कार्य करता है जो आपके चेहरे से झाइयों को हटाता है और शीतलता प्रदान करता है. चंदन कई तरह के कॉस्मेटिक में भी इस्तेमाल की जाती है.

6. कच्चे आलू
आलू को पानी में अच्छी तरह से धो लें और फिर इसे स्लाइस में काट लें. अब कटे हुए स्लाइस पर पानी डाल दें. अब इस स्लाइस को प्रभावित हिस्से पर लगाएं. इसे 10 मिनट तक लगा हुआ छोड़ दें और फिर सूखने के बाद पानी से अच्छी तरह से धो लें. इसे पुरे दिन में तीन से चार बार एक महीने तक लगाते रहें. आलू को चेहरे पर रब करने से झाइयां, काले धब्बे जैसे स्पॉट कम होते हैं.

7. दही
दही झाई को हटाने के लिए सफल घरेलु उपचार है. अब दही को अपने चेहरे पेपर लगाए और सूखने दें. इसके बाद गुनगुने पानी से अच्छी तरह से धोएं. इसको हफ्ते में दो बार जरूर लगाएं. इसमें लैक्टिक एसिड होता है जो त्वचा की पपड़ी हटाने में मदद करता है और मेलानोसाईट को कम करता है.

8. टमाटर
टमाटर को अच्छी तरह से मैश कर लें. इस मैश किये हुए टमाटर को चेहरे पर लगाकर सूखने तक छोड़ दें. इसके बाद इसे साफ़ पानी से अच्छी तरह से धो लें. इस पेस्ट को बेहतर परिणाम दिखने तक हर दिन एक बार जरुरु लगाएं. टमाटर एक नेचुरल ब्लीचिंग होता है जो चेहरे को निखारने में मदद करता है. यह आपके चेहरे पर एक नयी चमक प्रदान करती है.

Hi, a 50 day old child should be given mothers milk only. I'm assuming that the mother is not able to feed the child due to health issues. In this case I suggest you ask a paediatrician instead of a dietitian. The doctor that does the regular checkups and vaccines for the child is the best one to help you.
