Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Yes, depends on the particular medicine.* Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage---cause scars, pores and black spots. * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *For your information, many skin creams (mostly fairness cream brands) are considered harmful and banned by Central Govt, Health ministry during March, 2016. The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) supported the ban. *Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Blocking pores by creams may cause more pimples. HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy. Homoeopathy has good treatment without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root of the problem unlike face cream which is a surface treatment. Hi lybrate-user, you had periods on 18th february and had protected sex on 16th day of your cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle, then the 16th day is unsafe and the chances of pregnancy were high. But since you had used protection, the chances reduce. Nevertheless, it would be better if you undergo a urine pregnancy test to rule out the chances of pregnancy. If the test is negative, you can rest assured that you will definitely get your periods.

I am 68 years old and was admitted in the hospital for 4 days for urinary track infection, Early Sepsis HTN Post TURP Thrombocytopenia. My platelets came down to 84000. Then by taking Medicines Inj. Hello- a normal platelet count in a healthy person ranges from 150, 000 to 450, 000 platelets per microlitre of blood. When the count is below 150, 000 per microlitre, it is considered a low platelet count. There are three possible causes of low platelet count: #presence of platelets in the spleen due to cancer or severe liver diseases. This causes a decrease in the number of platelets in circulation. #reduced production of platelets due to leukemia, some types of anemia, viral infections, exposure to toxic chemicals, chemotherapy drugs, heavy alcohol consumption and deficiency of essential vitamins like vitamin b12. #increased breakdown of platelets due to autoimmune diseases, reaction to medicines, bacterial infection in the blood, pregnancy and health problems like idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (itp) and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (ttp). I lost my father 10 years ago and since then my mother has been working. Her office timings are from 10 am-6 pm. Firstly she complained about excessive bleeding and like something is shivering within the ankles. She also felt as if something hair-like substance is always present below her tongue in her mouth. Sought several medication (both allopathic and homeopathic) but none of them helped. Hi lybrate-user, whatever history you have mentioned about your mother it's really in psychological issue. Its not mean she is psyche but she got deep hurt. Now whether this depression is because of sudden shock after closenone s death or anxiety, stress tension. That we have to rule out. Again what she think that matter a lot to treat her. What kind of dreams she has. All her history. She need counselling too. Whatever medicine she is consuming and medical history also required. Dear lybrate user, *reducing the cold element in the diet and incorporating more hot meals will also bring changes to health. *fresh vegetables such as beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, leafy greens, onions, garlic, peppers and sprouts will help increase the light element in the body. Fruits to favor include; berries, apples, pears, pomegranate, raisins, lemons, prunes and apricots. Generally heavier and sweet fruit and vegetables such as potatoes, cucumber, zucchini, bananas, coconuts, avocados, oranges, grapes and pineapples are best avoided. *exercise is an important part of life. It increases metabolism and burns fat and also brings balance as well as mental clarity. The health benefits of yoga are vast. Taking up a daily yoga practice along with breathing exercises (pranayama) is an effective way for maintaining a healthy body weight. *at the very least, a 20 minute brisk walk should be incorporated into a morning daily routine. This will move lymph and reduce adipose tissue.

Hi, according to your height your weight is high. Your ideal body weight is 63 to 65. Ok you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night.(thrice a week) take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk and oily food.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Hi Lakshmi Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Earlier I used to have bad company of friends and they used to show and tell me various things related to sex and used to watch porn because of these things I did somethings which were not good and now i'm having nightmares regarding that so i'm going to tell you about those thing 1) I put a pen in my hip, 2) I kissed my friend's hip not the inside hole but the hip and 3) once my friend put his sperm (little quantity on my pennis head) on my pennis. So the thing is I want to know that will I get HIV/AIDS OR/AND CANCER (ANAL CANCER OR SOME OTHER KINDS OF CANCERS OR SOME OTHER DISEASES) sometimes I feel a sudden pain in my anus and the skin of the hole is swollen and sometimes that skin becomes a little bit less swollen mostly when I suffer from loose motions because of all these things I have started to worry and after thinking all these things I have started to have nightmares and worries regarding it. And I do masturbate often. Please I am very much worried about it I can't even tell my parents about it. It has been 3 years for my point (1) and (2) and 1 year for point (3. Please don't give me false hope that i'm absolutely fine if i'm not and if i'm absolutely fine then please do not misguide me about my health that i'm not fine and I need to seek medical treatment because i'm already scared. I have a blood check up of vitamin D, sugar, vitamin B12 and some others like them but the reports were normal just a little bit fluctuation last year. I hope to hear positive reviews from you. Please reply me very soon because i'm very worried about it and 'i'm going to have exams this month but i'm not able to concentrate please help me please! THANKS!

Do hot fomentation twice a day. Go to you nearest physiotherapist and take treatment i. E. Ift, us, swd for next few days. Followed by back strengthening exercises. Dont bend forward, sit straight with a proper support.

Join a gym nd start following below given point for a healthy and fit body. 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) two times in a day for a week. 2. Kali phos 6x (3 tabs) two times in a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
