Start the following Immediately and continue for 14 months. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle should be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is unchangeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age take the foll. Homeo meds: fl ac 30; sul 30; nat mur 30; phos 30. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

आज हम आपको एक झाड़ीनुमा लता के बारे में बताते है, जिसमें फूल मंजरियों में एक से दो इंच लम्बे एक या गुच्छे में लगे होते हैं और फल मटर के समान पकने पर लाल रंग के होते हैं.नाम है"शतावरी. I
आपने विभिन्न आयुर्वेदिक औषधियों में इसके प्रयोग को अवश्य ही जाना होगा.अगर नहीं तो हम आपको बताते हैं, इसके प्रयोग को! आयुर्वेद के आचार्यों के अनुसार, शतावर पुराने से पुराने रोगी के शरीरको रोगों से लड़ने क़ी क्षमता प्रदान करता है. I इसे शुक्रजनन,शीतल,मधुर एवं दिव्य रसायन माना गया है I महर्षि चरक ने भी शतावर को बल्य और वयः स्थापक (चिर यौवन को बरकार रखने वाला) माना है. - यदि आप नींद न आने क़ी समस्या से परेशान हैं तो बस शतावरी क़ी जड़ को खीर के रूप में पका लें और थोड़ा गाय का घी डालें,इससे आप तनाव से मुक्त होकर अच्छी नींद ले पायेंगे!

-शतावरी क़ी ताज़ी जड़ को यवकूट करें,इसका स्वरस निकालें और इसमें बराबर मात्रा में तिल का तेल मिलाकर पका लें,हो गया मालिश का तेल तैयार.इसे माइग्रेन जैसे सिरदर्द में लगायें और लाभ देखें i

-यदि रोगी खांसते-खांसते परेशान हो तो शतावरी चूर्ण - 1.5 ग्राम,वासा के पत्ते का स्वरस 2.5 मिली,मिश्री के साथ लें और लाभ देखें i

-प्रसूता स्त्रियों में दूध न आने क़ी समस्या होने पर शतावरी का चूर्ण -पांच ग्राम गाय के दूध के साथ देने से लाभ मिलता है!

-यदि पुरुष यौन शिथिलता से परेशान हो तो शतावरी पाक या केवल इसके चूर्ण को दूध के साथ लेने से लाभ मिलता है i

-यदि रोगी को मूत्र या मूत्रवह संस्थान से सम्बंधित विकृति हो तो शतावरी को गोखरू के साथ लेने से लाभ मिलता है i

-शतावरी के पत्तियों का कल्क बनाकर घाव पर लगाने से भी घाव भर जाता है!

-यदि रोगी स्वप्न दोष से पीड़ित हो तो शतावरी मूल का चूर्ण -2.5 ग्राम,मिश्री -2.5 ग्राम को एक साथ मिलाकर.पांच ग्राम क़ी मात्रा में रोगी को सुबह शाम गाय के दूध के साथ देने से प्रमेह,प्री -मेच्युर -इजेकुलेशन (स्वप्न-दोष) में लाभ मिलता है i

-गाँव के लोग इसकी जड़ का प्रयोग गाय या भैंसों को खिलाते हैं, तो उनकी दूध न आने क़ी समस्या में लाभ मिलता पाया गया है.अतः इसके ऐसे ही प्रभाव प्रसूता स्त्रियों में भी देखे गए हैं i

-शतावरी के जड के चूर्ण को पांच से दस ग्राम क़ी मात्रा में दूध से नियमित से सेवन करने से धातु वृद्धि होती है!

-वातज ज्वर में शतावरी के रस एवं गिलोय के रस का प्रयोग या इनके क्वाथ का सेवन ज्वर (बुखार) से मुक्ति प्रदान करता है. I

-शतावरी के रस को शहद के साथ लेने से जलन,दर्द एवं अन्य पित्त से सम्बंधित बीमारीयों में लाभ मिलता है. I

Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning to reduce headache.

I feel very depressed, anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome and sleep problems. Can't pay attention. I can't concentrate on studies. Currently my doctor gave fluoxetine 10 mg and etilaam 0.5 mg,librax and zolpidem when difficulty in sleep.

Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Fatty liver is due to excess fat accumulation in liver cells. There are three grades of fatty liver. Grade 1- It is the initial stage of fatty liver. Fat accumulates on the outer surface of liver and does not interfere with functions of liver and the person is asymptomatic. It is only accidentally detected during routine health check up and screening test Grade 2 &3 are are severe form and patient may be symptomatic like 1. malaise, fatigue,fullness/heaviness in abdomen, liver may be enlarged and tender, 2.jaundice, dark colored urine, loss of weight, nausea, vomiting,loss of appetite, 3.generalised itching, giddiness, bleeding tendency, flapping tremor, impotency etc. 4. It can lead to cirrhosis of liver Cause of fatty liver 1.Alcohol, obesity are the two major causes. 2.other causes could be diabetes, Hypertension, hypercholestorlemia, TB, Mal nutrition 3.Drugs like steroid anti epileptic,anti hypertensive anti neoplastic Precaution 1.Reduce obesity by regular exercise, 2.Control diet by avoiding oily, fatty, cholesterol rich and high calorie diet,diary rich food product,fried /processed food, soft drink, sugar, salt, meat. 3.Take foods rich in omega3 fatty acid like walnut , fish oil, , high fiber diet, vegetables and fruits 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Avoid Hepato toxic drugs 4. Total abstinence from alcohol , smoking 5. Monitor your Liver function test regularly and consult Gastro enterologist/Hepatologist for advice and treatment

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hi, you can use any fluoridated toothpaste from any company, try and use one with soft bristles. It is not really the brush / paste that decides the cleaning efficiency, but the technique of brushing which ensures clean teeth and healthy gums.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.
