Hypertension Diet Drugs do not remove the cause, nor do they cure the condition. All drugs against hypertension without exception, are toxic and have distressing side-effects. The fast way to cure hypertension is to eliminate the poisons from the system, which cause it. Persons with high blood pressure should always follow a well-balanced routine of proper diet, exercise and rest. Meat and eggs cause blood pressure to rise more than any other food. The pressure is lowered and blood clotting diminished by taking a diet with a higher fruit content, lower protein and non-flesh diet. A natural diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables, instead of a traditional diet, is helpful in getting rid of the poisons from the body. A hypertension patient should start the process of healing by living on an all¬ fruit diet for at least a week, and take fruits at five-hourly intervals, thrice a day. He should take juicy fruits such as oranges, apples, pears, mangoes, guavas, pineapples and grapes. Milk may be taken after a week of a diet of fruits only. The milk should be fresh and boiled only once. The patient can be permitted cereals in the diet after two weeks. Vegetables are also good for a patient of hypertension. They should preferably be taken raw. If they are cooked, it could be ensured that their natural goodness is not destroyed in the process of cooking. Vegetables like cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion, radish, cabbage and spinach are best taken in their raw form. They may be cut into small pieces and sprinkled with a little salt and the juice of a lemon added to them so as to make them more palatable. The intake of salt should be restricted; in any case it should not be taken more than four grams or half a teaspoon per day. Baking powder containing sodium carbonate should also be avoided. Garlic is regarded as one of the most effective remedies to lower blood pressure. The pressure and tension are reduced because it has the power to ease the spasm of the small arteries. Garlic also slows the pulse and modifies the heart rhythm besides relieving the symptoms of dizziness Numbness shortness of breath and the formation of gas within the digestive tract. The average dosage •should be two to three capsules a day to make a dent in the blood pressure. There I an important relation between dietary calcium and potassium and hypertension. It is found that people who take potassium rich diets have a low incidence of hypertension even it they do not control their salt-intake. They have also found that people with hypertension do not seem to get much calcium in the form of dairy products. The two essentia1 nutrients seem to' help the body throw off excess sodium and are involved in important functions which control the working of the vascular system. Potassium is found in abundance in fruits and vegetables and calcium in dairy products. The patient of hypertension should follow a plan of a well-balanced diet in which the constituents of food should be approximately in the following proportion: carbohydrate twenty per cent protein ten to fifteen percent fat five per cent and fruits and vegetables sixty to sixty-five per cent. In this plan one main meal should be based on raw foods while the second main meal may consist of cooked foods. Meals should be taken slowly and in a relaxed atmosphere. Food should be well masticated as the process of digestion begins in the mouth. The dinner should not normally be taken late. TREATMENT CHART FOR HYPERTENSION A - DIET I. Juice diet for 5 days. Use warm water enema daily during this period. II. All-fruit diet for further 5 days, with three meals a day at five-hourly intervals. III. Thereafter, adopt the following diet: - 1. Early Morning: A glass of lukewarm water mixed with the juice of half a lime. 2. Breakfast: Fruits and skimmed milk. 3. Mid-morning: Coconut water. 4. Lunch: Steamed vegetables, whole-wheat wheat tortilla or brown rice and a glass of buttermilk. 5. Mid-afternoon: A glass of carrot juice or orange juice. 6. Dinner: Salad of raw vegetables, green gram sprouts and vegetable soup. AVOID: Meats, sugar, white flour, tea, coffee, condiments, pickles fried foods, and products made from sugar and white flour. Important: Restrict the intake of salt and use liberally garlic and indian gooseberry. B - OTHER MEASURES 1. Exercise, especially brisk walking and yoga asanas like pavanmuktasana, uttanpadasana and shavasana. 2. Hot foot immersion in case of high blood pressure accompanied with headache.

Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. You do not have to do rigorous exercise to lose weight but start with something small. Let us say 8 minute workout. Go to you tube and type 8 minute workout and you will see many options. Pick one which you like and can do. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. Best wishes.

First and foremost thing you can do to control your weight is 1.By saying goodbye to sweets in any sense whether it is in tea,Milk,Chocklates,Sweets, 2.Avoid overeating.Eat half chapaati les than your actual diet 3.Light Breakfast and Dinner but you can take slight heavy Lunch 4.Start a habit of drinking green tea 2 times daily with lemon and honey,Morning and evening 5.Early morning brisk walking for 30 minutes with deep breathing alongwith walking and KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM daily for 20 minutes. 6.Daily drink 6-8 glass extra water ( 1-2 Glass early morning empty stomach),2 glass milk and eat a fruit daily. 7.Try to eat a cocktail of fruit and salad chat instead of breakfat or dinner.Choice is yourss. 8.Take your dinner atleat 90 minutes before going to bed and a 10 minutes light walk i a mut after dinner. 9.Just always think in your mind about those good old days when your weight was 65-70 kgs and just see now when,no cloth fit you properly.Set up an example for others so that onee day everybody in your circle gives your example 10.last but not the least,once again the secret being,CONTROL YOUR MIND and HAVE A POSITIVE MIND SETUP.Everything is in contyrol of our mind and with its help we can achieve new heights but the real task is how to control your mind when something delicious,sweet,mouthwatering comes in front of you. Hello, -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin. Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with enough pineapple juice to make a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck. Leave it on until the paste dries completely. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two or three times a week to reduce the appearance of spots on skin.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly see a physician for further management

Drink plenty of water (3-4liters /per day) minimum eat salads everyday (carrots, cucumber, beetroot And do check out if you are having dandruff.Bcoz this may be the reason behind having pimples on face and neck.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Why You Get Muscle Cramps?

Muscle cramps often occur in the calf muscle of the back of the lower leg. It is often characterized by a momentary sharp pain along with a muscle lump beneath the skin. Just like its sudden appearance, muscle cramp disappears the same way without any botheration. However, a doctor should be consulted if you see any of the following symptoms:

  1. The pain keeps coming back
  2. The cramps result in weakening of the muscles
  3. It causes frequent discomfort
  4. It results in changed skin color, redness or swelling of the skin
  5. The condition doesn’t improve with normal care
  6. Cramps are not associated with obvious causes such as playing, exercising and jogging

What causes muscle cramps?
Any strain on muscle, dehydration, muscle overuse or simply standing for a prolonged time can lead to muscle cramps. The exact cause of muscle cramps is not known in a lot of cases. There could be the following medical conditions that could lead to such muscle cramps:

  1. Blood supply: At times when the arteries narrow down resulting in an inadequate blood supply in the leg, a sharp pain can be felt followed by muscle cramps. This can happen while exercising or playing. It disappears as soon as one rests their legs.
  2. Mineral depletion: Shortage of magnesium, potassium and calcium in the body can lead to muscle cramps. Even medication for high blood pressure can lead to cramps in the legs.
  3. Nerve compression: Nerve compression of the spine can produce sharp pain on the leg muscles. The pain worsens with longer durations of walk. The symptoms, however, can be delayed a bit if the walking posture is changed, like the way one walks while carrying a shopping cart.

What are the risk factors associated to muscle cramps?

  1. Dehydration: Muscle cramps often happen among athletes when they get dehydrated and fatigued while performing in hot temperature.
  2. Age: People over the age of 60 often lose mass in the muscle. The remaining mass gets stressed out soon, resulting in muscle cramps.
  3. Pregnancy: Pregnant women face frequent muscle cramps due to the sudden increase of body weight and restricted movements in the pregnancy period.
  4. Medical conditions: Certain medical conditions such as nerve disorder, thyroid problems, liver failure, diabetes etc. greatly increase the chance of muscle cramps.

Some common ways to treat muscle cramps:

  1. A brisk walk followed by stretching relaxes the muscles and greatly helps in staying away from cramps.
  2. A diet consisting of magnesium on a regular basis gives relief from muscle cramps.
  3. A wet cloth soaked in hot water often shows magical results and gives instant relief from muscle cramps.
  4. Being hydrated throughout the day helps with muscle cramps. It is necessary to consume enough amount of electrolytes so that muscle contraction does not happen.

Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. Also use arnica montana q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Hi, Apply Sesa Hair oil to the scalp at night daily and take cap. Sesa 1-0-1 after food cor 3 months continuously. Take 1tsf of Jeeavamrutham once a day followed by milk. All these medicines will control hair loss increase the volume of hair gradually.

Simply wash your face with honey and lemon mixed cold water. Damp dry with napkin. Apply Aloevera fresh gel/ pulp. Keep it overnight. If possible get our 'Varanyadi gana' face glow pack too. It contains 10 herbs +.
