Go to your dentist and if thr is no pulp involvement then get composite restoration done. And if thr is pulp involvement then go for rct and cap.

If it is due to extrinsic stain then it can be cleaned otherwise bleach is a option bit its not permanent.

You should go for extraction. That's the only permanent remedy for your pain .u can avoid the pain using painkillers and antibiotics but only for few days or weeks.
