Only you have to reduce 8 kg. Go for a brisk walk. Eat more leafy vegetables, fiber foods. Avoid spicy and non veg.

Eat fiber foods like cucumber and carrot when you r hungry. Drink 250 ml water before staring your lunch and breakfast. Avoid fatty foods.

Don't take any sedative medicines. Eat heavy food at night. Apply chandhan lepa on your forehead and on your feet before going to sleep.
