Hello lybrate user, from how long you are suffering with this problem is need here. - the posture of sleep if it is more towards left try to change it. - if you are in any sports or any exercises look at the cause what is actually causing that. Pain - if it is from long time take x-ray of neck asap - for now apply mahanarayana taila to the neck no need of massage and pour hot water for 15min - take kbl 101 cap 2-0-2 for 15days. Thank you.

Hydrotherapy in combination with anti inflammatory and physiotherapy can give a reasonably long relief Dose adjustments need to be done for acute flares if any.

I have lower back for past 3 weeks difficulty while bending or jumping can't tell if ders problem in spine or muscle? What to do? But muscle relaxant creams did reduce the problem but still der is some pain?

Tk muscle relaxant medicine do rest avoid strain like bending, lifting weight, long sitting, toward bending. Do hot fermentation and stretching exercise of spine.

Hi, stiffness at neck could be due to disc herniation, facet joints arthritis, trapezitis & as you mentioned ankylosing spondylitis. Each disease is different & hence treatment is different. Reason for all are different aswell. If you have confirmed hla b27 positive then only its ank spond & the reason is autoimmune.

Rest must do hot fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment. Do spine stretching exercise in daily routine. Avoid lifting heavyweight and toward bending.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and do exercise regularly and also take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Consult your physiotherapist to learn knee exercises. Change in life style, like avoid sitting down, stair climbing, and dont bend the knee more than 90*. Ask her to wear soft foot wears. She may need calcium suppliments. For that consult your orthopaedician. Take care
