Hi, Mr. pankaj Add vitamin-D rich source in your diet,such as milk guava, dried fish,egg, (If your non vegetarian ). Do walking, while sun light. It help to synthesis vit-D naturally.good luck

My left hand is too weak. It is completely visible that it has become very thin than right hand. I play table tennis a lot which strengths my right hand. I do not do any exercise with my left hand. What is the real reason behind my left hand that is weak? Suggest me some medicines.

Dear Lybrate user Medication has mild side effects, so stop consuming femovan and Just consult your doctor. Doctor give proper guidence. But don't try to change tablet yourself with physician advise.

I'm having trouble gaining weight. My body type is ectomorph. I workout and managed to gain 3-4 kgs but every time I hit 44 kg I get cold and cough and need to stop workout for 4-5 days and start losing weight rapidly. My diet includes milk, peanut butter and rajma and other staple diet. What is the solution to gain more efficiently?

Hi Lybrate user, It seems you have weak immunity. You have to consume 2425 k.calories per day. If you do regular work out you may take 3000 k.cal /day. I suggest some diet recommedation. Those are; Daily consume milk & milk product, potato chips, coconut purfy, groundnut,milk shake, cream, butter etc. These are additional foods apart from your regular meals. Hello Mr. lybrate-user Steam and grilled foods always better. Just avoid fried foods and minimise empty calories like alcohol and cool drinks Follow any of your desire exercise at least alternative days. For instance; cycling, jogging,ubdoman crunch etc.

Hello lybrate-user, Your IBW=167, BMI=27 So your slightly over weight and grade-1 obesity. Grade-3 and above is sever issues. Drinking only empty calories doesn't help to fitness. Better consume fresh fruits or 1 glass juice/day. Try reduce 5 kg weight. If need more information contact me for personnel advice. Good luck.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user Your Ideal body weight 65 kg is must. And your BMI= 17. So your "underweight" bone may weak and do not have enough energy. So please increase your weight as soon as possible. If not its leads poor performance of your activities. You can come to personnel consultation to Gain weight.

Hello gentlemen always gradual wt gain is advisable, it takes 5 to 6 month period of time. Consume frequent meals. Have fruit juices. And high calorie foods. Daily one boiled egg and bananas & a glass of milk. Certainly possible to gain 15 kg or more than your mentioned weight. You can consult me private for more tips and diet charts.
