- दिल की बीमारी में यह अमृत है। यह खून में कोलेस्ट्रॉल को नियंत्रित करती है। दिल की बीमारी से ग्रस्त लोगों को तुलसी के रस का सेवन नियमित रूप से करना चाहिए।

मच्छरों के काटने से होने वाली बीमारी - मच्छरों के काटने से होने वाली बीमारी, जैसे मलेरिया में तुलसी एक कारगर औषधि है। तुलसी और काली मिर्च का काढ़ा बनाकर पीने से मलेरिया जल्दी ठीक हो जाता है। जुकाम के कारण आने वाले बुखार में भी तुलसी के पत्तों के रस का सेवन करना चाहिए। इससे बुखार में आराम मिलता है। शरीर टूट रहा हो या जब लग रहा हो कि बुखार आने वाला है तो पुदीने का रस और तुलसी का रस बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर थोड़ा गुड़ डालकर सेवन करें, आराम मिलेगा।

Do’s:

• Drink 1 – 2 glasses of lukewarm water early morning to stay healthy and acidity free. Drink more and more water. It is one of the easy Home Remedies to beat acidity. Have a habit to drink warm water after meal at night which helps in proper digestion.
• Coconut water is an effective means for acidity and soothe your digestive system.
• Eat carbohydrate rich food like rice ,which is easy to digest without any acid formation.
• Banana, watermelon and cucumber aid your digestion and good for curing acidity. So, use it in your diet.
• Vegetables like sweet potatoes ,carrot and beet root are effective in fighting acidity. Vegetables such as drumsticks, beans, pumpkin and carrot give you relief from acidity.
• Have dinner two to three hours before sleep, it would ensure food is digested completely and keep you healthy.
• Eat some almonds after every meal, every snack, every time you ingest something basically. Nuts do something to seemingly neutralize the juices in your stomach, relieving and preventing some instances of heartburn.
• Chewing on five to six tulsi leaves when you suffer from acidity is a great way to beat the discomfort you feel.
• Simply chewing on a few saunf seeds can help reduce the symptoms of acidity, as a long term remedy, boil a few seeds in water and leave overnight, drink this water during the day when you feel uneasy.
• Have one teaspoon of amla powder twice a day to help keep acidity at bay.
• Take a probiotic supplement. Probiotics are mixtures of "good" bacteria normally found in your gut.
• Use of honey and water before meals fights acidity.
• You can take cold cow milk before going to bed at night to cure acidity.
• You can chew piece of jaggery after every meal. Potassium present in the jaggery help to balance the stomach acid. Diabetes patients should not take jaggery.
• Sucking ginger is also very beneficial to neutralize stomach acid.
• Exercise daily. Yoga is the best exercise for acidity to cure and reduce it naturally.
• For instant relief from acidity, one should use Jaggery, banana, and yogurt.
• Clove: One piece of clove (laung or lavang) if kept in the mouth for some time can help in reducing acidity. Clove juice that goes into the system with saliva eases the abdomen and stomach greatly.

Dont’s:
• Don’t eat fried and oily food.
• Avoid intake of coffee ,tea and soft drinks.
• Avoid eating citrus fruits ,such as sweet lime and oranges , as they have high acid content.
• Stop smoking and limit your intake of alcohol as both can damage the sphincter and cause acid reflux.
• Avoid late nights ,as inadequate sleep can lead to severe acidity.
• Avoid going to bed immediately after having dinner.
• Do not wear tight clothes and lose weight if you are obese. Yoga and meditation can help lessen stress and reduce heartburn.
• Activities that put too much pressure on the stomach and cause acid reflux, such as bending; lifting heavy objects, straining, and coughing should be reduced as well.

जैसा कि नाम से ही स्पष्ट है कि त्रिफला तीन फलों का संयोग है. यानी त्रिफला तीन फलों, आंवला, हरड़ और बहेरा के आयुर्वेदिक रसायन का मिश्रण है. इसे बनाने के लिए एक भाग हरड़, दो भाग बहेरा और एक चौथाई भाग को धुप में सुखाकर बारीक पीस लें. इसे और ज्यादा बारीक बनाने के लिए इसे कपड़े से छान लें फिर इसे शीशी में भरकर रख लें.
त्रिफला की खासियत ये है कि इसमें कड़वा, खट्टा, मीठा और नमकीन सभी रस समाहित होते हैं. यह अपने अद्भुत पाचक गुण के कारण सर्वरोगनाशक माना गया है. त्रिफला का चूर्ण स्वास्थ्यवर्धक, रक्तवर्धक, दृष्टिवर्धक और आयुवर्धक माना गया है. इसे कोई भी व्यक्ति बिना किसी बीमारी के आधे से लेकर 15 ग्राम तक के मात्रा में दूध या पानी के साथ रोज ले सकता है. इसे आयुर्वेद की महान दें कहा जाता है.

आइए इससे होने वाले फायदों पर एक नजर डालते हैं-

1. पाचनतंत्र को मजबूती देता है
आँतों की सफाई में भी त्रिफला चूर्ण की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण है. आपको बता दें कि त्रिफला चूर्ण एक विरेचक की तरह काम करता है. जाहिर है कि पाचन सम्बन्धी समस्याओं के कारण कई परेशनियाँ उत्पन्न होती हैं. इसलिए जब आपका पाचन ठीक होता है तब साथ में कई बिमारियों की संभावना ख़त्म हो जाती है.
2. कब्ज को दूर करता है त्रिफला
कब्ज में त्रिफला अत्यंत लाभकारी है. रात्रि में सोने से पहले 5 ग्राम त्रिफला का चूर्ण यदि आप गुनगुने पानी अथवा दूध के साथ लें तो इससे कब्ज में राहत मिलती है. यदि आप इससे और ज्यादा लाभ पाना चाहते हैं तो आपको इसबगोल के साथ दो चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण लेना चाहिए.
3. आँखों के लिए लाभदायक है
त्रिफला का चूर्ण हमारे आँखों के लिए भी बेहद लाभदय है. आँखों के लिए ताम्बे या मिट्टी के बर्तन में 2 चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण रात को भिगोकर रख दें. सुबह उठने के बाद उसे कपड़े से छानकर उसी पानी से आँख धोएं. इससे आँखें स्वस्थ तो रहती ही हैं साथ ही आँखों का जलन, लालिमा आदि तमाम परेशानियों से मुक्ति मिलती है. अतिरिक फायदे के लिए त्रिफला चूर्ण को गाय के घी और शहद के साथ लें. आप चाहें तो एक ग्लास पानी में 1 चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण 10-15 मिनट तक उबालकर उसका काढ़ा बना लें. फिर इसे छानकर इससे आँख धोएं.

4. बालों को भी मजबूती देता है
बालों को फायदा पहुँचाने में इसका रक्तशोधक गुण फायदेमंद साबित होता है. जाहिर है त्रिफला में विटामिन सी की प्रचुरता होती है. त्रिफला की लुगदी को बालों में आधे घंटे तक लगाकर बाल धो लेने से आलों को मजबूती और कालेपन दोनों मिलते हैं. इसका और ज्यादा फायदा लेने के लिए इसे 2-3 ग्राम की मात्रा में लेना थी रहता है.
5. वजन भी कम करता है
त्रिफला का चूर्ण आपके शरीर में उपापचय की क्रिया को सुचारू बनाता है. लाल रक्त कोशिकाओं की संख्या बढ़ाने में और शरीर से अनचाहे फैट को हटाने में भी इसकी भूमिका होती है. त्रिफला का काढ़ा बनाकर इसमें शहद डालकर पिने से वजन कम होता है.
6. दांतों के लिए भी फायदेमंद
इसकी सहायता से आप अपनी दांतों को भी मजबूत बना सकते हैं. सुबह मंजन करने के बाद इसके चूर्ण को कुछ देर तक मुंह में भरकर रखें फिर थोड़ी देर बाद इसे बाहर निकाल दें. इससे दांतों और मसूड़ों को मजबूती मिलने के साथ ही मुंह के दुर्गन्ध और छालों से भी मुक्ति मिलती है.
7. त्वचा के लिए भी गुणकारी
जैसा कि हमने उपर बताया कि त्रिफला चूर्ण में स्क्तशोधक गुण पाया जाता है. इस गुण के कारण ही ये त्वचा के लिए भी लाभदायक बन जाता है. यह त्वचा से दूषित पदार्थों को दूर करता है. इसमें पाए जाने वाले विटामिन सी के कारण ये त्वचा पर से झुर्रियां हटाने में भी मददगार है.
8. अतिरिक्त लाभ भी हैं

  • त्रिफला का काढ़ा घावों को जल्दी भरने में मदद करता है.
  • सरदर्द में आधा छोटा चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण लेने से राहत मिलती है.
  • शरीर में बढ़े हुए कफ, पित्त और आयु को संतुलित करता है.
  • बुरे कोलेस्ट्राल को कम करने में भी मदद करता है.
  • पेशाब के संक्रमण में इसे घी, शहद और गर्म पानी के साथ लेने से लाभ मिलता है.
  • डायबिटीज और दिल की बिमारियों में इसे नियमित रूप से लेने से फायदा मिलता है.
  • पीलिया के मरीज त्रिफला, चिरायता, कुटकी, निम, छाल, गिलोय और वासा की बराबर मात्रा का काढ़ा बनाकर पियें तो लाभ मिलता है.
  • सोने से पहले आधा चम्मच त्रिफला लेने से इम्युनिटी बढ़ती है. इससे एलर्जी और काफ कंजेशन कम होता है.

क्या हैं त्रिफला के नुकसान?
1. 6 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों को त्रिफला चूर्ण न दें
2. यदि आप त्रिफला चूर्ण को लम्बे समय तक लेना चाहते हैं तो इसकी न्यूनतम मात्रा लें.
3. इसे प्रेग्नेंट या स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाएं भी न लें.
4. कुछ लोगों को इसके सेवन से नींद आ सकती है.
5. कुछ लोगों को इसे लेने से बार-बार पेशाब आ सकता है. ऐसे लोग इसे रात में न लें तो ठीक रहेगा.

Stretching is very important for your well-being. Not only does it help you become more agile and flexible, it helps you become better at sports and also makes sure that you have fewer injuries when you are playing sports. Here are some exercises, which are guaranteed to make sure that your flexibility will improve:

1. The runner's stretch
In this stretch, put your right foot forward and then try to touch the floor with your fingertips. If your fingers do not reach the floor, place them as far down as possible. You have to then inhale, and go back to your starting position.

2. The standing side stretch
This stretch starts when you are standing straight upwards with your arms raised above your head and your fingers interlocked. When you breathe out you have to slowly bend your upper body to the right then return to the starting position. After you have reached the starting position, you inhale again and after you have inhaled, you have to stretch your upper body to the left.

3. The forward hang
In this stretch, your starting position is when you stand with your legs apart and then you lock your fingers together and place them behind your back. Once this is done, you breathe in. After breathing in, you have to exhale by bending forward and keeping your hands interlocked above your head. You have to hold this position for 5 seconds.

4. The low lunge arch
This stretch involves bringing your right leg as forward as possible and then lowering your left knee onto the floor. You then have to lock your hands together with your palms facing the floor and your hands in front of your body. You then have to inhale for the stretch. The stretch involves lifting your arms as far up as possible and then stretching as far back as possible keeping your legs in the position they were already in. Once you have finished this exercise, you have to do the exact same thing with the left leg in front.

Hello, You may use low dose oc pills from day 2of your next cycle and each fresh pack can be started with each cycle. You may continue till as long as you don't wish to get pregnant.

I had intercourse on 26 April and had my periods on may 7 with a heavy flow that I usually have then in the month of June I had my semester exam so I was stressed up .my periods didn't occur and still no signs of periods. Am I pregnant or should I wait for my periods?.

if there was no Intercourse after last periods on may, there's no reason to worry stress of exams does delay the periods don't take hormones to start periods if you are so sure about stress being the only reason for delay stay relaxed through exercises and meditation

lybrate-userthere is no safe period for intercourse without using condom. There is calendure method but calender method is high falure. 7 days from the first day of mense and 7 days before the due date are supposed to be safe period. IF period is late by 7 -10 days. Do urin examination for pregnancy.

MSF usually means follicles are not growing well. But you must repeat the scan. Often next scan shows good growth of follicles. If follicles grow well and rupture, then there is chance of pregnancy.

Bed rest. Bed should have 4 inch rubberised coir mattress over hard surface. Avoid deep foam mattress. Gentle massage. Visit gynecologist, who will decide whether ultrasound is necessary.
