I am using neti pot manufacturer by patanjali, but when I pour water inside nose, it starts paining allot in nose plus eyes becomes red. The pain is unbearable but lasts only for 5 minutes maximum. I am using Luke warm water without any salt. My questions are: 1. Why such pain and burning sensation? 2. Is salt required to be added? If yes, can I use salt like tata salt used in home? 3. Proper method to use it. After using though, feels good. Breathing becomes also earlier.

Its great, but hope you got trained n observed by Ur coach, Rock salt i.e. a pinch of saindhav Lavan must be added. whole process has pre n post requisite. session n protocol needs to follow then only u can expect boost in Health n Fittness of all senses.

I would like to advice you keep your self involved in physical sports activity, practice meditation in night time, do some yoga in morning, try to stay around friends & family (try these methods for 3 weeks) if problem persist after 3 weeks, then need to have consultation from psychologist.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Eating eggs or chicken does not depend on your gender. Eggs and chicken can be a part of a healthy eating plan. Try to opt for organic foods as best as possible. Avoidance of these foods may be needed if you have a medical condition that calls for a restriction. Amount of each food cannot be generalised. It depends on your requirements. But an egg can be a serving of protein source a day or about 100 gms of cooked chicken can be a serving.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fried and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid fatty food,carbonated Drink like soda/ soft drink/Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, potato, lentil,lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread.Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. .Avoid stress, anxiety 7.stop alcohol/ smoking 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9.Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10.Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days. 11.consult me for further advice

It is good if you are taking appropriate treatment for diabetes and if it is well controlled, then it is appreciable. But looking at your height and weight it is clear that you are having grade 1 obesity with a BMI of 32 .85 kgs/M2. Your ideal body weight should be 60 kgs. Hence you are carrying 32 kgs extra weight. That it self is a major contributor for high blood glucose. Hence, weight reduction is absolutely imperative. Thanks.

Since I am on ATT treatment 2 months I was asked to do abortion by pills So I took mifepristone 200 and 48 hrs later misoprostol 600 at 7: 30 pm yesterday. I had cramps slightly but in the late night pain got relieved. But I am not bleeding yet Y this happens how long it will take to bleed after misoprost Thank you.

Hi, abdominal binder is definitely not a perfect solution of" pregnancy pouch. Breast feeding, diet control & exercise has major role to get back near normal shape. Breast feeding burn extra calories and also trigger muscular contractraction. Making it a workout for the whole body. Exercise has a good option to reduce belly but it must be with doctor's consent & under expert supervision in post caesarean cases. Control diet means to choose proper diet according to individual body needs diet must be rich in protein & fiber but low in fat and calories. But don't go on a severe diet as it will affect breast feeding and will put the body in starvation mode so will ultimately affect the health of baby and mother both. So don't panic and go slow and take care of health.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Red eyes could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power.
