If her cycle is 28_30 days there is no chance at all. If it is like 25 days there is a minimal chance. Moreover you have taken pill also. So no need to worry.

Don't worry. Migraine will get suppressed in pregnancy. Tiredness is also a very common minor ailment in pregnancy. Take plenty of oral fluids in this summer.
