Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For increasing height: As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 3yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Skin Allergy Treatment In Hindi - त्वचा की एलर्जी  का इलाज

हमारी त्वचा बहुत संवेदनशील होती है, लिहाजा खानपान, वातावरण, दवाइयों और कॉस्मेटिक्स जैसे कई कारणों से एलर्जी हो सकती है। बरसात के मौसम में उमस व नमी की स्थितियां बनने से एलर्जी की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। जलन, खुजली, खाज, लाल-लाल चकत्ते, दाने, पित्त और फुंसियां इस मौसम में ज्यादातर देखने को मिलती है। कई बार रक्त की अशुद्धि से भी ये समस्या देखने को मिलती है। वैसे तो त्वचा की एलर्जी समय के साथ अपने आप ठीक हो जाती है, लेकिन कई इससे छुटकारा पाने के लिए उपाय करना पड़ता है। यहां हैं स्किन एलर्जी से छुटकारा पाने के कुछ घरेलू उपचार।

  1. नारियल का तेल: नारियल के तेल में एंटी-बैक्टीरियल गुण होते हैं। ये त्वचा के लिंए बेहद फायदेमंद होता है। बिना किसी एलर्जी के भी रोजाना त्वचा पर नारियल तेल की मसाज की जा सकती है। एलर्जी होने पर इसे हल्का गर्म करके रात में सोने से पहले अपनी त्वचा पर लगाएं। इसे ऐसे ही लगाकर सो जाएं।
  2. ऑलिव ऑयल: अगर रैशेज हो गए हों तो ऑलिव ऑयल लगाने से आपको तुरंत आराम मिलेगा। खासतौर पर एलर्जी से होने वाली जलन और खुजली शांत करने में ऑलिव ऑयल कारगर है।
  3. ज्यादा से ज्यादा पानी पिएं: पानी शरीर से टॉक्सिन को बाहर निकालता है। स्किन एलर्जी से बचने के लिए सबसे सस्ता उपाय है पानी। पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी पीने से शरीर की गंदगी यूरिन के साथ बाहर निकल जाती है।
  4. सुबह की धूप लें: सुबह की धूप त्वचा के लिए कई मायनों फायदेमंद होती है। त्वचा में एलर्जी और फंगस जैसी समस्या सूर्य के प्रकाश से दूर होती हैं। सुबह 20 मिनट की धूप लेने की आदत बनाएं।
  5. कॉड लिवर ऑयल व विटामिन ई: विटामिन ई ऑयल में कॉड लिवर ऑयल मिलाकर एलर्जी वाली जगह पर लगाएं और रात भर छोड़ दें। सुबह तक रैशेज में आराम मिल जाएगा।
  6. नींबू का रस: नींबू में मौजूद एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट त्वचा की एलर्जी को दूर करने में फायदेमंद होता है। एलर्जी वाले स्थान पर रुई से नींबू का रस लगाएं। इसके अलावा नींबू के रस को आप नारियल तेल में मिला कर भी लगा सकती हैं।
  7. एलोवेरा: एलोवेरा प्रकृ तिा का वरदान है। इसमें विटामिन ए और सी भरपूर मात्रा में मौजूद होते हैं। एलोविरा का पौधा घर पर हो तो इसका जेल निकालकर फ्रिज में रखें और त्वचा पर लगाएं। बाजार का एलोविरा जेल भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा एलोविरा जेल और इसका नेक्टर भी प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाता है और बाहरी एलर्जी से लड़ता है। एलोवेरा जेल में गुलाबजल मिलाकर लगाने से एलर्जी जल्द ही दूर जाती है।
  8. तुलसी पत्ते का पैक: तुलसी पत्ते को पीस लें। इसमें एक चम्मच ऑलिव ऑयल, लहसुन की दो कलियां, एक चुटकी नमक और एक चुटकी काली मिर्च मिलाएं। इसे एलर्जी वाली जगह पर लगाएं और थोड़ी देर बाद साफ कर लें।
  9. सेब का सिरका और शहद: एक चम्मच एप्पल सिडार वेनेगर और इतनी ही मात्रा में शहद लें और इसे एक ग्लास पानी में मिलाएं। इसे दिन में तीन बार रैशेज पर लगाएं, आराम मिलेगा।
  10. नीम: एंटी बैक्टीरियल गुण का कारण स्किन की हर तरह की समस्या के निदान में नीम बहुत फायदेमंद है। एलर्जी को दूर करने के लिए नीम की पत्तियों को 6-8 घंटे के लिए पानी में भिगो कर पीस लें। इसको त्वचा पर लगा कर 30 मिनट तक लगाने के बाद धो लें। इसके अलावा नीम की पत्ती को पानी में उबालकर नहाने से भी फायदा मिलता है।
  11. पपीता: पपीते में मौजूद एन्जाइम स्किन एलर्जी को दूर करने में भी मददगार होता है। एलर्जी होने पर पपीते के गूदे को मसलकर चेहरे पर लगाएं। 15 मिनट लगा रहने के बाद धो दें।

ऐसे करें बचाव

  1. घर से निकलने से पहले त्वचा को अच्छी तरह ढंक लें। धूप में निकलने से पहले सनस्क्रीन लोशन जरूर लगाएं।
  2. बाहर से आकर चेहरे को पानी से जरूर धोएं। फेसवॉश का ज्यादा इस्तेमाल न करें इससे त्वचा शुष्क होती है।
  3. जिन चीजों से एलर्जी हो उन्हें खाने से बचें। कुछ खाद्य पदार्थ एक साथ खाने से भी एलर्जी हो जाती है।
  4. फिल्टर्ड पानी का ही प्रयोग करें।

ये उपाय भी अपनाएं

  1. एलर्जी से प्रभावित त्वचा को फिटकरी के पानी से धोकर साफ करें।
  2. एलर्जी पर कपूर और सरसों का तेल लगाती रहें।
  3. नीबू प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाता है, रोजाना नीबू पानी पिएं।
  4. आंवले की गुठली जलाकर राख कर लें। उसमें एक चुटकी फिटकरी और
  5. खट्टी चीजों, मिर्च-मसालों से परहेज करें। नारियल का तेल मिलाकर पेस्ट बना लें। इसे लगाती रहें।

Hi Doctor I am 24 years sexually active with my boyfriend. every time I have sex with him I end up getting UTI. He doesn't stay in town so I meet like 1ce a month. Hi lybrate-user. Protein workes mussels building in your body. But you wants weight loss so you should intake weight loss products like Green tea in morning, leamon juice and honey with worm water. Avoids all fatty foods, carbs, cheess, butter, like that. And recommendes you for hair loss, Avion capsule once in a day, Eat iron or vitamin E rich food like Avlaa, anaar, Almonds, egg, fish.

Hello! only a qualified expert can help to solve any of our problem without any complication. And medication or pills or supplement for weight gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter.

Hello lybrate-user, yes it is worth worry that your child is not gaining weight and height. You should go for pediatric check up and moniter your child on groeth chart. There are many causes of it like hypothyroidism, familial short strature, pitutary linked problem etc. All will be cleared once you got regarding test done. Observe mental ansd social development and his learning and understanding skills.
