Sleep has some type I tell you 2 type 1. Beta sleep = in which we are in dream if you take this kind of sleep it will not good even you take 8 hr 2. Delta sleep=in which we sleep very deeply if you take this kind of sleep then 4 hr is also sufficient 3. If genarly you ask me we should 3 hr or 6 hrs or 9 hrs because our sleep cycle is complete in every 3 hrs so you should tkae sleep ik this then only you feel energetic.

Acne is a skin condition that occurs when the openings of oil glands become clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne usually appears on the face, neck, chest, back and shoulders. The pimples and bumps heal slowly, and when one begins to disappear, others seem to crop up. Depending on its severity, acne can cause emotional distress and can also scar the skin. But what causes the recurrence of breakouts?

These are attributed to certain hidden causes, which are:

1. Your drug prescriptions


Steroids found in prescription drugs are a key offender, whether taken internally or topically. If taken internally, the offending ingredient will be listed as prednisone, which is the tablet form of steroid. Prednisone is used to treat inflammatory diseases like poison ivy, allergies and arthritis. If medications are taken topically, it could aggravate acne or cause steroid acne. Oral contraceptives are also a common cause of acne.

2. Your beauty routine

Acne caused by topical lotions, creams and makeup are known as acne cosmetica, commonly appearing on face, neck, hairline and scalp. Applying a product regularly to an acne-prone area can do more harm than good. Some people go to bed with ointments or oils in their hair that can get on the pillowcase and then rub on your face. It's best to put a clean towel over your pillowcase every night to prevent buildup.

3. Your cell phone

Cell phones gather all kinds of dirt and bacteria and are a big cause of acne on the chin and around the mouth. Wiping down the screen of your smartphones every day with alcohol or cleaning wipes will keep your phone and your face clean.

4. Using toothpaste to treat a zit

Certain toothpaste can actually cause you to develop acne or an acne-like eruption on the lower parts of your face, including your chin. Fluoride and other whitening and anti-cavity ingredients are quite abrasive and could potentially burn your skin, cause irritation and initiate breakouts.

5. Your workout gear

It's not the act of exercising that is causing breakouts but other issues. If you are using a communal yoga mat, you may be on the side that someone else's feet or perspiration had touched before, with the physical contact causing breakouts. It's best to put a clean towel over it before working out, even if it is your personal mat.

Also, workout gear that constantly rubs in a certain area can cause frictional acne. Constant rubbing ends up making you sweat, causing skin irritation and eventually developing into tiny red bumps. Though it looks like a heat rash, it is actually acne.

My wife is 23 years and got married with me last 16 oct-2016 Sunday. We had unprotected sex and she took unwanted 72 pill within 72 hrs. According to your height your average weight should be 71-78 Kg ,meanss youare 3-5 Kg overweight.So just make some alterations in your daily food habits and you can eassily achieve your target in next 2 months ,1.Stop eating Fast and Junk food 2.Say bye bye to sweets in every form ,even try to drink Milk without sugar 3.Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4.Eat slowly and nonspicy food,take your time while eating 5.Dont drink water while taking your meals,drink 30 minutes before/after meals.It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly.try it. 6.Breakfast and Dinner light and Lunch medium. 7.Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and dont eat/drink anything except water/Milk after dinner. 8.Try to sleep latest by 9. 9.Now comes to exercise.Everybody has an interest in some kind of activity,whether Cycling,Swimming,Cricket,badminton or any other pyysical activity.Try to give some quality time to such activities for 60 minutes in evenings and if no such activity,then start Gym for 60 minutes in evening.( tread Mill 20 min----Cross Trainer 20 Min -------Cycling 20 Min---) Set up a target of burning 100 calories in start in 60 minutes and slowly go on increasing your target.I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes.

Tip 1: Get more physical activity

I am 26. I have protected (used condom) sex on 15feb. My period was due on 27 feb. I have take pregnancy test on 1 March it came negative. I ate deviry 10mg tablet from 1 march to 3 march. From 5march I have brown discharge. I have not got the period. Can I be pregnant or when I will get my periods?

Hi Isha. I suggest you wait for a week and I'm sure you will get your period soon. Ideally you should have taken deviry for 5 days. You took a very short course. However no point taking more now, just wait and watch.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e. G. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e. G. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits), pulses e. G. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.
