ok.you can take bencid 500mg once a day. tab. zyloric 100 mg once a day. cap. ecosprin gold-20 once at night. for 30 days. and tab. naprosyn 500 mg sos. Avoid bad habits .Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

I had unprotected sex with my bf and I took an ipill immediately after 4 hrs. And after 7 days of taking the pill I'm experiencing withdrawal bleeding and had a slight temperature and also feeling tired. Why is it so? Does it mean I could be pregnant?

Withdrawal bleeding occurs in such treatment. For fever and feeling tired meet medical practitioner. As i pill type of tabs have high hormones it is not used as regular family planning method so learn about family planning methods and choose one for future.

Avoid exertion take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc had you measured your temperature? you need to make temprature chart (morning/evening) for one week tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain consult as we need to do some investigation to find out cause of fever.

Some times it could be due to anxiety when you try to urinate in a public toilet where other people are waiting. You go to pass urine when You feel bladder is full otherwise don't go for toilet. Consult urologist

for vomiting cure you can take tab. perinorm -5 sos. for constipation you take more fiber diet,green veg.whole grain ,plenty of water , if it is chronic constipation you should be used syp. livoluk 10 ml at night with 1 glass of water. take digestive enzyme syp. anzyme. 1o ml thrice a day.

Dear lybrate user. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric and black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of khadirarishta, at night before sleep. C) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patangali ayurveda) along with 30 ml of water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. Thanks.

1.Masturbate to orgasm an hour or two before intercourse; this can help delay ejaculation during sex. 2. Stop and start method =Masturbate alone, but do it with a dry hand, almost to the point of ejaculation, and then stop. Do this three times; the fourth time, ejaculate. After many sessions of practice, you will gain some control. Then begin to increase the stimulation, first using lubrication and your own hand, then ask your wife to masturbate you, then try vaginal penetration. Consistent practice will lead to results. 3.Avoid penetration for the first 15 minutes of lovemaking. Focus on other sexual play to take the pressure off. 4 squeeze method=Have sex until you feel close to ejaculation. At that point, gently squeeze the end of the penis (where the “head” meets the shaft) for several seconds. Stop having sex for 30 seconds, and then start again. Repeat this pattern until you want to ejaculate. 5.do kegel . Constitutional homeopathic medicine will give best result . If you want better result consult privately.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

After seven hours, much of the stimulant will be gone from your system, depending on your sensitivity to it—but 25% of it could still be there. “It can also increase nighttime urination and otherwise adversely impact your sleep,” says Dr. Weil. Get your sweat on. Sleep experts often say you should avoid working out in the evenings because it can take hours for adrenaline—that exciting hormone that surges during exercise—to return to normal levels. Unfortunately, the proof that nighttime workouts inhibit sleep just isn’t there. There is plenty of research, however, that supports the idea that exercise improves sleep. One study found that insomniacs who picked up a regular exercise routine slept better, felt less depressed, and had more energy all day. The bottom line? If working out at night interrupts your sleep, squeeze in a morning run instead. If not, get exercise in whenever you can. (Need a new exercise routine Go easy on the booze. A nightcap, tempting though it may be when you can’t sleep, can actually ruin your slumber—and that’s especially true for women. According to one study, men who went to bed tipsy slept soundly—as well as when they were sober—but women slept fewer minutes and woke up more often. What’s more, alcohol robs you of REM and the other, deeper stages of sleep—which are the ones that make you feel most rested. Finally, like coffee, alcohol is a diuretic, says Dr. Weil. Another problem: Light-emitting devices engage and stimulate the mind, resulting in poorer sleep, according to an Osaka University study. Meditate, meditate, meditate. It’s a tough sell, we know, but regular meditation may be a powerful tool for some insomniacs. The science as to why is still equivocal, but we do know meditation sends signals to your sympathetic nervous system's "fight or flight" response telling it that it’s all right to relax. “It can help you put aside thoughts from the day,” says Dr. Weil, so it’s especially useful for people prone to worry.
