Hello... Ayurvedic panchakarma therapies works good in disc bulge and prolapse conditions.. However the therapy shall include external treatments , internal medicines , diet and exercise routines ... And all this shall require u to be an in patient for a given period of time However it should be noted that ... Post treatment excessive physical strain can again cause the discs to bulge depending on the wear and tear caused by ohysical stress .. Hence physical care would be a part of the recovery and prevention program

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. It' s good to know that you are taking your calcium and vitamin d supplementation, you need intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. Make a habit of long brisk walks of at least 30 in everyday, take proper care of your posture and it should be ok, if not we will have to get x rays and mri scans to actually see your pathology in detail. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Thanks & regards Dr Akshay Kumar Saxena
