Dear Sir /Madam I feel pain in my left leg, posterior side, it increases if I walk fast & is intolerable after jogging. Air Cracking sound comes if I Straiten my legs at a certain speed while on bed from the posterior side place just below the knee.

It may be because of meniscus tear. Get mri of knee at best centre with 3 tesla machine. That will be helpful to have diagnosis.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

I have children and his hand not properly straight and hand is different shapes when he use, but hen can complete her Daily work I also consultant from some doctors he say when he will grow by age he will be right and also day make some exercise so I want to know this true or any other way.

Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

Dear lybrate-user ,Your problem is due to varicose veins, so always avoid long standing or walking, Wear leg stockings, do massage with Lakshadi tail, use tab. Rhumatil 2-2-2 + Rasanadi gugule 2-2-2 ,Three times a day with lukewarm water. You will get relief.

Question lacks details. Kindly inform when you had injury. Pain is in leg or knee. Leg pain after injury while playing football can be a ligament injury to knee/ ankle or leg stress. Apply ice. Local gel rest for 5 days. Inform ankle or knee injury.

I am 26 years old. My hairs are turning into grays since 2010. I tried mahabhrungraj oil for 3 months but it couldn't help. I wants to stop the graying of hairs. So please suggest some remedy. Hi there ~ trying the remedies that you suggest might be helpful, however if stress and lack of sleep/sleep cycle difficulties is the cause then book an appointment with me so that I can try to help with medications. I am glad you do not smoke as it can add to early graying and being vegetarian has nothing to do with premature graying. Using over the counter multivitamin multimineral medications may be helpful and I can suggest some as well. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day! sincerely
