You should eat 6 healthy small meals throughout the day to keep yourself energetic. Try to take break between your work for small meals and a little walk. Do some stretching in the washroom, this will ease the body tension. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. Eat healthy n light food .. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week.

Everything should be in moderation including your sensitivity. You cannot be a sociopath for these reasons, so do not worry. You are a long way from maturity and that is an ongoing process. But you should meet with a counselor and talk about the disturbances you have experienced during your parents' fights and arguments from childhood. There could be some effects especially emotionally and that learning will help you a lot to become mature and handle yourself with composure. If these influences are affecting your relating to girls could also be identified and sorted out.

Hello.... Take homoeopathic tonic:- Damiana syrup ( 2 spoons twice a day).. Take this one hr after meal for 15 days.... If you do not get damiana, syrup then damiana tea is easily available.. You can take it twice a day..... Feed me back.... Update me after 15 days for follow up..... Good luck....

I advice you include protein rich food in your diet and like soyabean, egg, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses, sattu with milk, sprouts and take heavy breakfast.

I get angry easily. I was not like that. I was a cool boy. For few years if something happen I get angry and behave like a beast. I shout loudly and I feel like I would hit that person. You have to control anger by observing silent nature, meditation, chanting liking mantra for limited time every day. Avoid spicy, fried, junk food items, take sufficient rest-sleep, do regular light exercises. Have a check up for any bp problem etc. If you are taking any chemical psycho related drug, then consult your doctor.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

I have recently gone through a breakup. I feel like suicidal now as I was really serious for marriage. And that guy is my colleague too so I see him daily. I am not able to overcome. He seems not to care. How do I become normal. It has effected my health and career too. That person has cheated me so many times. I did not leave him still. Dear lybrate user, you should take 40 gram butter sugar paste applied on chappati, bread daily for a month or two. Also drink mango shake banana shake daily for a month. Soaked black raisons in the morning you can take.

Hi thanks for your question. You are almost in a stage of insomnia which basically due to tension, stress, sedentary lifestyles (low active) so try to avoid only sitting jobs but dynamic as possible. You need more b6 & b12, zinc, magenisum in your all foods/meals. Also walking in early morning, dynamic activities, vrisk, walking running, aerobic, little more physical based so that you must feel hunger & get sleep by 10 pm every day. If problems remain persists then seek specialist's advice.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back.

Hi. In liver problems pl. Avoid spicy and fatty foods, alcohol, smoking, oily meals, proteins rich meals. Avoid fat milk. Avoid non-veg. I. E. Chicken, egg. Meat. Eat dalia, green veg soups. Veg.- salaad, whole grain foods. Low fat milk lassi. Drink glucose with water. Do test lft and reply for medicines.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process, so you need to have patience!! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
