Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Okay lybrate-user these may help you (1) do exercise regular (2) drink water about 3 lit/day (3) take high calorie high protein foods like lean chicken, cottage cheese, almond, peanut, mushroom, unprocessed foods, dry fruits, nuts etc (3) take fiber rich foods (4) eat milk shake (5) use weight gainer supplement (6) add cream with tea/coffee (7) take a bigger plate (8) eat more frequently (9) no water before or during meals.

Our body can digest and utilise only a limited amount of protein. If we consumes dense protein shakes, unabsorbed protein goes to our kidneys and flushed out in urine and depending on our liquid intake, a part of it chokes kidney funnels.In few years we start facing kidney problems. For safer side, take 5 meals (3 main meals +2 snacks) per day. Include soaked seeds /nuts/ dry fruits, fresh fruits, sprouts in regular diet. Take 1 spoon Ashwagandha +Shatavari kulp (mix both in equal quantity and take 5 gm of it, with 180 ml milk after 1 hour of breakfast (about 09:-09: 30 am) and dinner (about 09: 00- 09: 30 pm. Practice deep breathing, pranay am and some mild exercise (about 20 minutes) regularly.

Hello, Whats your actual weight and height mainly foods avoid breathing prb. Proper nutrition can help reduce carbon dioxide levels and improve breathing. Specifically, it is important to focus on the percentages of total carbohydrate, fat, and protein at several small, nutrient-rich meals to avoid becoming breathless while eating. • Eat slowly and chew foods thoroughly to avoid swallowing air while eating. • Choose foods that are easy to chew. Modify food consistency if mastication seems to increase fatigue while eating. Choose foods that are easy to prepare to conserve energy for eating. Limit salt. Consuming too much can cause the body to retain water and can make breathing more difficult. Eat calcium- and vitamin D-rich foods to support bone health. Prepare meals that appear palatable and well presented.

Sidsethy walk regularly for good metabolism. Take high protein diet. Take warm milk with honey twice a day before sleeping. Maximum intake of fruit juices and dry nuts. Take chitrakadi bati after meal. Take ashwgandha powder twice a day with water.

Take balanced diet and more protein rich diet eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily drink plenty of water avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any take sound sleep at night tab aarogyavardhini vati ashawagandha churna cap immugain cap green rich protirich ayurvedic powder no substitute for above medicines
