Your penis is not hard during sex. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation daily. Do kegel exercises daily. Follow this and be happy.

I am experiencing severe headaches since a month which last 30 to 40 min, sometimes they occur 2 times a day, symptoms are:-severe pain on left side of head, redness of left eye, runny nose. These headaches were happening to me since 10 years but at that time they were rare like once in a year but as I grew up the duration b/w headaches reduced and since a month I have been experiencing them daily.

Hi I would like to suggest you 1. Wheat, Black gram (udada), Brinjal, Parwala, Drumstic (sigru), Mango, Pomegranate, Phalsa, Garlic, Grapes, Milk, Clarified butter, Coconut water, Sour vinegar (kanji) and Sesame are recomended. 2. Special variety of rice (kodavara, samvaka), Chickpea (chana), Peas (matar), Pigeon pea (arhar), Green gram (mung), Betel nut and excessively heavy food substance should be avoided. Life style 1. Massage on head, Gentle pressing and Rest are recommended. 2. Night awakening, Exessive exercise, Suppression of natural urges and use of uneven bed should be avoided. Do not worry, Be happy. I'm suffering from throat infection. It's just from yesterday. Actually I had tonsils n been removed by a doctor since years but I'm getting this throat infection every winter season like little burning sensation n pain but sometimes fever too, I n the place of tonsils removed. But it's not sever every time. It could be mostly 2-3 days to recover if it sever but I want to get out of this problem permanently. So I'm requesting you to suggest what should be done. First of all pl start drinking lukewarm water esp in winter. At least in the morning take 1-2 glasses of water boiled with ginger and holy basil leaves. Rest of the day may take simple lukewarm water and if possible after every heavy meals (But try to take light meaks). Gargle of pure turmeric powder minimum two times a day. Report after 7 days. If need be we 'll write ayurvedic medicine for you too.

Your daily calorie needs are about 2500 calories. To reduce, You should consume daily 2000 calories, so that you can lose about 2 kgs per month. If You can add an hour of intense excercise and you can lose about 3 kgs a month. Or 36 kgs in 12 months. Use 'Myfitnesspal' app to monitor your calories. Consult a dietitian to get a complete nutrition plan for you. Currently your BMI is 39+ which can lead to many health issues. It's better you start reducing quickly.

You need to give up all tobacco use immediately. If it is Hans and gutkha products, they are both very dangerous. I am so glad that your intention is to quit these habits. There are no guarantees about stopping one’s addiction. But that does not mean we should not keep at it, over and over again until we succeed. Both are tobacco products and will therefore have addictive components to them. It may feel like you can’t stop but that it really not true. If you do not try, then it will never happen. You must try and try again until you succeed. The problem with addiction is that you have two products which are both conditioned to various events in your daily life and as such it will make it difficult but not impossible. You could work with an addiction counselor to help you process the rehabilitation. It is important to first find out about the ill-effects of tobacco use to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary and true. The nicotine in tobacco stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. Nicotine also reduces the erectile capacity of your penis to hamper satisfying sex. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. You need to replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the tobacco drive reduces, substantially. Both will help but I am inclined to favor the gum because it is an oral habit and it will occupy the mouth just as though you were still chewing tobacco. When you want it will be easier to give up the gum. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-users for some time i.e. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit consuming Hans. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

You can use light, warm energizing gruels and liquids, kulatta yoosh, Loki,methi, bitter guard, butter milk. Avoid fatty, fried,oily and spicy foods. Practice pranayama and yoga which improve the strength of liver. Tab Arogyavardhini vati 1-1-1 for 30 days. Bhunimbadi kashaya 20 ml-20 ml with equal warm water.

You have night fall problem, 2 to 3 times in a month. I advise you to take vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Hello lybrate-user hi. You can just try all these things in your life. Stress is a hidden enemy with a constant capacity to wrack havoc on your body and mind. Its actions are insidious, slow but powerful. The consequences can be debilitating on your physical and mental wellbeing. This is even more relevant today, in our extremely complex civilized society where stress triggers are automated by our rushed living. After more then 10 years battling the consequences of extreme stress and testing numerous techniques I can give you 21 ways to manage stress. Just be disciplined about it and apply them constantly. You will be amazed by the results. 1. Go to sleep early and get up early. This is a powerful routine that will manage your stress hormones and give you a fresh start every day. 2. Start a morning routine. Dedicate just 20 minutes every morning to yourself, to clear your mind and thoughts and prepare for the journey ahead. My routine consists of 10 minutes meditation, a cocktail of green and black tea follow by a green shake, and writing a few thoughts in my journal 3. Improve your diet. This is essential. Eat better, whole foods at regular intervals throughout the day; eat slowly, chew your food and don’t drink your calories. 4. Drink plenty of water every day, throughout the day. You should aim for at least 2 liters. 5. Stay away from coffee and smoking. Those habits will interfere with your adrenaline and cortisol levels, increasing stress and anxiety. 6. Improve your sleep. You want to improve not just your sleep quantity but your sleep quality also. Make sure your bedroom has the right temperature for sleep, the air is clean and that you keep your phone and laptop in another room. 7. Make time to relax throughout the day. Consciously relax every morning through prayer and meditation. Also take a break in the afternoon and find at least half an hour of private time in the evening just to relax. 8. Breathe! Incorrect breathing patterns interfere with your O2-CO2 balance and can trigger stress response, anxiety and panic attacks. Try to breathe through your abdomen, not your chest, and train yourself to slowly breathe in and extend your exhalations. Avoid hyperventilation 9. Reduce your sitting time. If you have a desk job, mindfully remind yourself to stand up and walk for at least five minutes every hour. 10. Go for a walk. Walking for 15 minutes daily, preferably in a park has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood and increase stamina. 11. Try a technology detox every week. Prolonged smartphone using has been linked to increased stress so try to have a technology fast. Pick a day of the week and just don’t use your phone or tablet. The world won’t stop and you will feel better the next day 12. Drink a morning vitamin shake. I use almond milk, yoghurt, green powder, banana, vegan protein, flaxseeds and chia seeds 13. Find a hobby and stick to it. I used art which kept me busy in a meaningful and distressful way 14. Smile more and find reasons to be optimistic. Every day when I write in my journal or my to do list I star by drawing a smiley face. That is how I program my brain for a optimistic view of things 15. Manage rumination and mind chatter. Try to stop inner mind dialogues and meaningless mind chatter 16. Practice mindfulness. I do it when eating, when walking, when breathing 17. Exercise more. Working out has been linked by numerous studies to improved mood, happiness and less stress. Take up an exercise routine, run, join a gym or just walk every day 18. Try an evening ritual. Mine consist of taking a bath while listening to relaxing music. Simple yet effective 19. Read more and watch TV less. This will unwind your racing mind and automatically calm your body 20. Make social life a habit. This will reduce cortisol levels to a healthy dose and improve your mood while spending a quality time with friends 21. Snack on healthy food. No ice cream or cake but instead try a handful of nuts, a yoghurt or an apple Thank You All The Best.

Thyroid .issues as well as anxiety issues and sleep issues are lifestyle issues which mostly require a lifestyle solution and not chemical cocktail of medicines. You have to address the root cause and not the symptoms and the focus should be on whole patient and not the disease. Hypothyroidism is a misdiagnosed and wrongly treated treated all over the world. Treating only on the TSH level alone is wrong .Dr is treating the labs and not the symptoms .In several cases TSH levels may be normal but patient still has symptoms. It's a wrong information that anyone can take sleeping pills. They are not to be taken on your own. It has to be decided by the doctor.
