you will have normal hair growth as age progress say by thirties your are ginna have beautiful beard and mustache. for now take 1tsp of aswagandha choorna at night with one glass of diluted milk

I am a College going student and I drive a two wheeler. The pollution and sun has made my previously clear skin to be a bit pigmented and quite tanned. I also get some pimple in my T zone, if I don't carefully cover it up. Also, I have thick wavy hair, which get unmanageable and dry very soon, even though I do not use any heat on them. Any recommendations regarding my skin and hair will be highly appreciated.

Since when r you taking running training. What other exercises r you doing. If you r professionally taking this training, then I hope you r also doing strength training. Because by doing strength training you r strengthening your muscles which is essential for running smoothly.

Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1……. Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If there is no bony injury in your back, and it is a muscular strain, then you can do following things: - rest for 5-7 days with no heavy physical activity like lifting weight, travelling for long time, acute bending etc - ice packs should be done intensively 3-4 times in a day - analgesic spray like dynapar qps for 3-4 times after ice packs can be done - short course of anti-inflammatory medications which suits you can be instituted - a good muscle relaxant can be added so that muscle spasm gets relieved let me know in 5-7 days time how your pain is and we can proceed from there on.
