Hello lybrate user- medicines mentioned by you are not safe to use, and yes they have side effects like drowsiness, confusion etc. Instead of them try these ayurvedic medicines which are safe and very effective and will increase your intellect too- a) tab brahmi vati budhi vardhak 1 tab twice daily. B) tab manasmitra vatakam 1 tab twice daily. C) kalyanka ghitam 1 tsp twice daily. D) practice shirsasan and padmasana along with the treatment. E) add cows ghee in your daily meals as it enhances the brain power. F) drink milk with a sweet daily before going to bed.

All antifungals are reasonably safe antibiotics, but grisiofulvin is very outdated one and not preferred these days, newer one include terbinafine itraconazole. But these medicines needs doctors expert advice before you consume them.
