Hello sir I am 35 year old I have a small hole in my left ear last 6 months Dr. Advised me for surgery before that he prescribed me cetirizine tablet and ofloxacin ear drop for last 4 months ear drops for 6 days. U must have developed fungus in your ears. U have to visit any ent surgeon n get rid of fungus. He will give you some drop nd tab for infection nd everything will be alright.
