foracort inhalers are standard medicines for asthma control, if you have palpitation then take one puff instead of 2 puffs. it is no the inhalers that cause asthma but the chronic inflammation in asthma requires inhalers.

I have pimples on my face. Which cream should I used to remove pimples. Sometimes it left behind black spot on face?

I have pimples on my face. Which cream should I used to remove pimples. Sometimes it left behind black spot on face?
For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot.You may apply clindamycin gel over pimples for few days. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne.

See these are the symptoms of routine infection of the nose, start taking the good iron rich diet to prevent these types of infections, get allergy testing done as aec/ige to rule out any allergic condition of the blood, and finally we need ct scan of nose and sinuses to get any nasal disease.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

I have more pimples on my face and dark spots. What I have to do to require this?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

I have more pimples on my face and dark spots.
What I have to do to require this?
The eruption of pimples, black marks and oily face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face.. Precautions- * Don't scratch or pinch your pimples This will cause more damage and scars. . * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. .We have good treatment in Homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root of the problem unlike face wash which is a surface treatment..

Drink at least 2-3 litres of water daily. Have lots of vegetables and fruits. Eat food at proper time intervals. For now, you can take Flax seeds water daily ( take 2 cups of water and add 1 spoon of flax seeds to it. Boil it till the water becomes half. Sieve it and drink. Mind it, the water will be a bit sticky. You can add sugar or salt or lemon or all 3 to it as per your taste preference.) This is one of the most effective home remedies. For permanent result, take Homoeopathy treatment. You can consult me privately for it. Waiting for your feedback after a week of trying flax seeds for follow up. Your feedback matters and also we can plan the further line of treatment.

Hi dear it seems to be viral ,take plenty of fluids and rest, The common cold is the most frequent infection in all age groups. Children especially contract a lot of colds. Colds are caused by a viral infection that effects the respiratory system. Colds often respond well to homeopathic remedies which is a tremendous advantage over modern medicine which has no cure for the common cold. Homeopaths generally advise that a cold or two every year is not a bad thing, as it “cleans out” the system and hence, the adage: don’t cure a cold, let a cold cure you.  Still others say that you never know what your “innocent/ordinary” cold might erupt into–a flu, a pneumonia? Homeopathy emphasises treating the underlying imbalance in the immune system rather than simply fighting the infection–although in the moment, fighting the infection may be the priority.

Hello doctor, I had developed very high bp around march. At times it shot to 170/120. Hypertension is in my heredity. I was given telma am 40 which caused swelling. Doctor later changed it to telma ct 40. Bp was still high, so dosage was increased to 80. In July, I suddenly started having sudden dizziness and darkness in front of my eyes. When I monitored my bp, it was around 80/58 or even lower at times. Doctor immediately stopped bp medicine and asked to monitor bp. My bp has been in range since then. Dizziness and darkness improved after stopping medicine. Bp is around 70/105 usually. I have thyroid and take levothyroxine 100. After stopping medication I feel my legs are always swollen and my body hurts a lot. I usually wake up with bad body pain, as if the blood is not circulating in body. I have also put on 1 or two kgs which feels like water weight. Could this be a side effect of stopping the bp medicine? Thank you in advance.

Hello doctor, I had developed very high bp around march. At times it shot to 170/120. Hypertension is in my heredity....
Hi YES it can be a side effect on your kidney See usually Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90, anything above or below is is abnormal. Many factors can affect blood pressure, including: 1) The amount of water and salt you have in your body 2) The condition of your kidneys, nervous system, or blood vessels 3) Your hormone levels You are more likely to be told your blood pressure is too high as you get older. This is because your blood vessels become stiffer as you age. When that happens, your blood pressure goes up. High blood pressure increases your chance of having a stroke, heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, or early death. Low blood pressure can lead to dizziness and syncope Your case need a regular BP charting. I read your query, by the information I have in hand my advice to you would be 1) Keep a BP daily record for at least 2 week 2) Basic tests should be one to rule out cardiac / kidney issues 3) unless any recent evaluation has beelybrate-userone I would advice these test ECG ECHO Lipid Profile TSH KFT  Renal doppler  Get back to me with a detailed history and  old / new records for a better individualized advice.

It is often said that the key to successful asthma treatment lies in the identification of its triggers and symptoms. It is important to know as much as possible about this chronic respiratory condition so that you can take appropriate action when required. The inflammatory disorder causes the airways to narrow and swell leading to difficulty in breathing and chest tightness. However, all asthma patients do not have the same set of symptoms. Apart from the classical signs of asthma, patients may also suffer from many other physiological changes which are difficult to track at times. But, for successful management, one should learn to identify the pattern of occurrence and chalk out a proper rating system. Apart from this, one should also be able to spot the triggering agents in order to avoid them.

Asthma – An Overview:

Asthma is defined as a chronic inflammatory condition of the lungs that may affect people of all age-groups. There is no complete cure for the condition and treatment is mainly aimed at correcting the symptoms and avoiding the triggering agents.

Symptoms: The symptoms of asthma can be broadly segregated under three sub-heads namely, classic, emergency and additional symptoms.

Classic Symptoms:

• Shortness of breath that worsens with activity or exercise.
• Cough – with or without sputum.
• Chest tightness experienced as something squeezing or sitting on your chest.
• Wheezing – characterized by a squeaky sound that occurs while breathing. Wheezing may come in episodes and may worsen during activity and cold weather. They may also exacerbate early in the morning or at night.

Emergency Symptoms:

• Extreme difficulty in breathing.
• Sharp – rapid pulses.
• Sweating
• Bluish coloration of the lips and face.
• Feelings of anxiety or panic
• Difficulty talking and inability to catch your breath

Additional Symptoms:

• Temporary stoppage of breathing
• Abnormal pattern of breathing associated with severe wheezing.
• Coughing that won’t stop
• Nasal flaring and chest pain

Factors that trigger asthma:

Cigarette Smoke: Smoking of any form – direct or passive - places a person at a greater risk for developing asthma. If you are pregnant, it is advisable to avoid smoking as this increases the likelihood of your baby developing the condition.

Dust and Mites: If you are allergic to dust mites, you should take proper measures to limit exposure. This is because they can trigger allergic reactions like asthma. Although, it is impossible to get rid of all the mites, you can probably cut down the number by taking certain precautionary measures. This involves reducing the dampness in your homes, preventing the accumulation of dust, frequently washing pillows, blankets and stuffed toys and using high efficiency vacuum cleaners.

Pets: Another major source of allergen that can trigger asthma are household pets, cats and rodents. An ideal way to control animal allergens is by preventing their entry inside the living space and thoroughly cleaning household furniture, carpets and walls at periodic intervals.

Pollens: A major form of airborne allergen – pollens can acts as a triggering factor during certain specific times of the year. Hence, it is seen that in some people, asthma gets worse during the pollen seasons (i.e. during the spring and early summer seasons). To reduce exposure to them, remain indoors during these seasons as much as possible and avoid any form of direct contact with these allergens. Also, make it a point to shower every time you have any kind of high exposure to pollens.

Occupational asthma: If you have asthma, it is advisable to refrain from working in any type of “high risk” industry that involves dust, grains or animals. For different people, the triggering agent may be different. Hence, always consult a doctor to help you identify the exact cause of the condition.

Infections: Asthma can also be triggered by certain respiratory infections and common cold. When asthma is caused by such health conditions, prompt treatment should be taken to limit the duration of illness and prevent further attacks.

Physical Exercise: A particular form of asthma, termed as exercise-induced asthma usually occurs after a few minutes of exercise in certain people. This is particularly noticeable in cold weather conditions and should be avoided by using appropriate medications a few minutes before exercising.

Diabetes and high blood pressure suggest you need a good cardiologist and diabetologist advise. But you want to control everything by food. A very risky and a life threatening decision. At 63 yrs of age it's not advisable. But if you must and you really want to take risk, then find a holistic medicine expert who offers natural and herbal remedies. I practice exactly the same and my motto is to cure without chemicals. But I am in Pune. Think of online consultation.
