Tell me urgent iam getting irritating by seeing my face. Suggest me with natural treatment to become fair and beautiful.
Hi, Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises as that will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
ACNE ( PIMPLE ) FIGHTING FOODS

Are you someone who has given it up on acne? May be you haven't thought about this. How about trying these harmless yet acne fighting foods?

Though quite contrary to our thinking food takes up only 25% of the damage of skin while the rest are contributed by hormonal chaos, stress, sleep disturbances, environmental pollution, dandruff and so on. But, at least the first 25% is in our control. Apart from a low fat diet, hormone free dairy products and natural home made
food is recommended for acne.

1. Water- Not just water but luke warm water will flush your body clean and to trigger off fat loss.

2. Vitamin A- if you are wondering about the potency of Vitamin A then get ready for the surprise. Accutane, a prescribed drug for acne is nothing but a megadose of this vitamin. Any Vitamin A rich foods (sweet potatoes, carrots, leafy veggies, lettuce) can be consumed to get your daily dose of 10,000 IU vitamin A. Avoid if pregnant or lactating.

3. Vitamin E and C- Vitamin E is familiar to all those who love their skin. These two vitamins are great to soothe skin. For these two vitamins eat citrus foods, papaya, nuts, broccoli and sunflower seeds.

4. Selenium- This is a mineral with antioxidant properties capable of protecting your skin. Eating wheat germ, brown rice, garlic, brazil nuts, eggs and fish like salmon and tuna would give you selenium.

5. Zinc- While local application of zinc is known to cure dandruff, zinc deficiency is also linked to acne. Have almonds, brazil nuts, wheat germ or turkey for a dose of zinc.

6. Omega 3 Fatty Acids- These are anti inflammatory preventing breakouts. Flaxseed oil, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and cold water fish can be consumed in moderation.

You never know what works the best for you. Ask us for more!

Hi the exact cause of acne is not known, but hormones called androgens can play a role. Androgens increase in both boys and girls during puberty. Androgens make the skin's oil glands get larger and make more sebum. Androgens also can increase because of hormonal changes. ***if I talk in ayurveda way, you must be having an impaired digestion. All three doshas are imbalanced. You need to work on your digestion first. *eat warm, soft cooked food *avoid raw, avoid salads *reduce spicy, dry, fried, sour food reduce alcohol, tomatoes, garlic, onion, cheese, tea, coffee you may start taking aloe vera juice *for application use equal quantity of neem powder and mulethi powder with rose water for 20 mins. Then wash.

LHR(Laser Hair Reduction) is absolutely safe and the most acceptable method of hair reduction. Apart from mild redness post-laser which goes away with ice-pack application there are really no side effects with LHR, if done by a well trained/experienced expert. Normally it is advisable to take 6 sittings after an interval of approximately 4-8 weeks between sittings (interval actually depends on hair re-growth, means whenever you have a re-growth, you go for your next sitting). After 4-6 sittings you will achieve a good reduction which can be followed by 2-3 maintenance sittings once in year or year and a half. It is close to permanent hair reduction. regards

My hair become very thin and increase in hair fall what can I do to resist hair fall.
Lustrous, beautiful and healthy hair is a result of a healthy body and a healthy diet Foods high in protein are soy, tofu, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, beans and pulses. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair. Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair. Breakfast  Skim milk / soy milk Whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout Bowl of fresh fruit Morning snack Fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice Handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates Lunch Fresh veg. Soup or salad  Whole-wheat flour or jowar or bajra chapatti Green veggies  Dals or whole pulses Brown rice Curd / tofu Afternoon snack 1 glass skim milk  Kurmura or roasted channa or popcorn Evening snack Fresh veggies and fruit juice (carrot, apple, lemon, dudhi, palak) Dinner  Fresh veggie soup or salad with sprouts Chapati Vegetable Buttermilk Bedtime snack  Fruit like watermelon or banana  Use natural substitutes like fruits, dates, figs or honey instead of sugar. Fruits like berries, grapes, apples and cherries have useful enzymes that can add value to your hair health.

Split ends are indication of protein deficiency. Thinning of hair could be either hormonal or nutritional. It is important to check the scalp so that we understand the problem and then treat it. Using coconut oil n caster oil is good for hair. Vitamin e is supposed to be good for skin. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. So food rich in all these are good for hair. Don't take any supplements without consulting trichologist.

I am suffering from acne since the last 1 year. They keep on popping. They have caused black marks. My skin is oily. How can I cure the acne and marks.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
I am suffering from acne since the last 1 year. They keep on popping. They have caused black marks. My skin is oily. ...
Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes.

Hi, Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne usually appears on your face, neck, chest, back and shoulders. Acne is of various types: Whiteheads (closed plugged pores) Blackheads (open plugged pores — the oil turns brown when it is exposed to air) Small red, tender bumps (papules) Pimples (pustules), which are papules with pus at their tips. You can control mild acne with basic skin care: 1) Use a good facewash like clean and clear or Himalya neem. 2) Use antidandruff shampoo if acne are localized on your forehead. 3) Do not pick at your acne or they might leave scars. 4) Keep your hair cut short so that they do not fall on your forehead. 5) Drink 8-10 glasses water daily. 6) Destress yourself as stress is a known trigger for acne. If above does not help, you may revert back for homoepathic acne treatment.

Include protein in your diet. Protein strengthens hair and controls hair falling. Eat a high protein diet filled with meat, fish, eggs, avocados, nuts, and beans, or add protein supplements to your drinks.
