Give him iron. Tonoferon drops 10 drops twice daily along with astymin c drops 10 drops twice daily. Iron deficiency is very common in our country.

Tropic eye drops are highly abused in pediatrics age group. They have no role. Nasal massage. A course of erythromycin for 10 to 14 days might b given.
