Hello- try this ayurvedic treatment for skin disease- a) paripatahadi kwath 2 tsp twice a day with water b) patoladi kwth 2 tsp twice a day with water c) gandhak rasayana 1 tab twice a day d) go to bed early before 10 pm, and avoid spicy diet, curd, non-veg, and green leafy vegetable.

Get BP and eye sight checked, x ray PNS, thyroid hormones T3 T4 Tsh 1.Sleep.Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. Keep your routine fixed and regular for medicine contact on private chat.

Hi lybrate-user, Lower back pain can happen due to several causes. However at your age it is often due to disc degeneration. This in common terms would mean early stages of spondylosis. An award winning scientific research done by my team revealed has shown that by the time Indians reach 30 years of age, 30 % start showing signs of disc degeneration and a handful of them start having episodes of back pain such as yours. There's no need to get worried as this is a part of the normal physiological process. For pain, I would advice you to take a pain killer twice a day for 5 days. Use hot compress twice daily for 15 mins each time and a gel (oxalgin nano gel) 3 times a day. Apart from this go for a walk twice a day. Avoid bending much and do not lift heavy weights and sit or squat on the floor. Go to a physiotherapist who will teach you core strengthening exercises. While the degeneration can not be reversed, it can be prevented from aggravating. Best of luck!

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Drink 3-4 litres of water daily, it will help in long run. If required take tab meftal spas after eating something and 1 tab pan 40 empty stomach daily for 15 days. You are welocme for further queries. If needed get ultrasound of whole abdomen done and come back with report. Thank you

It could be due to sunsensitivity. Drink plenty of water to say hydrated. Use sunscreen and sunglasses in sunlight. Drink plenty of liquids. Drink less of coffee and tea. Hope this helps u.

Hello lybrate user- insomnia occurs due to improper food intake, improper schedule, any tragedy or loss in the family or society etc. I am here by mentioning some brilliant ayurvedic medicines which will help you without any side effects- a) ashwagandharistha 2 tsp twice daily. B) brahmi hair oil daily use. C) brahmi hair oil also used as nasal drops twice daily. D) massage your foot sole daily with cows ghee before going to bed. E) drink a glass of milk with sweets before going to bed. F) avoid sleeping in daytime and go to bed before 10 pm whether feeling sleepy or not.

Hi lybrate-user. I advise you to quit smoking at the earliest as it is seriously bad for your overall health. There is no answer to why everyone smokes inspite of it being injurious and rather than focussing on others, you should care for yourself. Smoking precipitates not only back pain but affects the whole body. Back pain is a broad condition and can be due to plenty of factors like occupational and postural stressors, muscle weakness and imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, certain bone related diseases, lack of exercises and/or due to combination of these factors. I opine you to get yourself checked by an orthopedic doctor or physiotherapist to first detect the cause of back pain and then take appropriate measures to curb the same. Also note that proper rest, good nutrition and positive mental attitude generally has a positive effect on all sorts of back pain.

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Extension Exercises  x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.   Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Both weakness and tired are symptoms, not diseases. Because these symptoms can be caused by many other health problems, the importance of weakness and tired can be determined only when other symptoms are evaluated. There are many health problems that causes muscle weakness and pain. You need to see a doctor to find out what causing you this weakness and pain. Best wishes.
