Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

Hello In your case, due to continous working on the laptop there is spasm in the neck muscles. To rule out whether it is cervical spondylosis Xray can be done Cervical spondylosis is suspected when *There is pain and stiffness of back of neck *Neck pain radiating to arm or shoulder *Tingling numbness in one hand * Some patient experience giddiness too.

Every now and then I get pain in my both legs, I'm not sure if it's nerve pain or muscle pain. It's not severe but there will be continuous pain. I'm 30 now and had calcium deficiency. I usually get pain around groin, back of my thigh n continues to foot. I have lot of lot of mood swings. I'm on Folvite mb for a month. Because there was mild free fluid found in my cul de sac. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

the results of meniscal repair depends on the site of the meniscal injury. Only peripheral tear have better outcomes. there is always a risk of failure of repair because the meniscus is not well vascularised (doesnt have much blood supply except in the periphery). if you still have pain then you may require a repeat MRI to see if the tear has recurred. speak to your surgeon
