Hello Lybrate user. It seems that you hav done the related diagnosis. As you mentioned above ther r possibility you have developed early osteoarthritis in both knee. Increase intake of natural sources of calcium n protein. Reduce all activity which r pain aggravating. Apply cold packs or icing for 20 min 2 time a day .do quadriceps static n slr exercises. Put towel roll under your inme ,press roll down using knee ,it's surrounding muscles. Hold it for 1 5 sec for 10 repetition for thrice a day n do hamstring stretches. Back pain .I test MRI but no more relax and doctor said no serious problem and so that take rest and give medicine me. Sir what can I do please tell me?

What exercises can I do after a spinal microdisectomy? I had a microdisectomy on discs L5-S1, L4-L5, 5 years back. Im 25 now and just joined the gym. Am I allowed to do side bending with weights? What all exercises can I do? I make sure I do not lift weights that are more than 5 kg and do not bend forward or do any crunches or floor exercises.

All exercise are do but weight lifting not more then 15 kg always now you start light weight eg --- 3 kg, after a weak 5 kg, after 7 kg, 9 kg etc forward bend are not directly allow or with weight you maintain always good posture More details please contact me.

Having severe pain in heels of both feet. Any new MCP slippers that I wear provides relief for around 2 weeks alone. There seems to b inflammation on side of heel after prolonged standing and walking. Xray reveals extra bone growth. What should be the course of action to b taken to bring a permanent solution. Please advice.
