Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result. For weight loss take Phytolacca berry tabs, 3 tabs with hot water before meals twice daily.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. While I empathise with you completely. Just exercising and controlling food does not help you reduce body fat. For weight loss you need to streamline your lifestyle by modification that is scientific. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There may be many reasons for such sports/activity related pain: 1. Extra body weight 2. Running on concrete surface 3. Injury to ligaments. 4. Not following proper warming up and limping down I would suggest to reduce 2 - 3 kgs of body weight. Avoid playing on concrete surface and use good quality shoes. Always do proper warm ups and do limping down after the session. If it is due to any memorable injury I would suggest to use crepe bandage and avoid putting too much strain on that ankle again.

While sex is an important part of an adult’s life, it may also come with a number of problems for certain people. Sexual addiction is a problem faced by many and includes a wide range of behavioural patterns when it comes to sex and excessive indulgence in the same. This condition may impact the life of an individual in a significant and even debilitating manner. While many people may confuse this with mere addiction to porn, this is not true. Let us find out more.

Types of Sexual Addiction: There are a number of ways in which sexual addiction may be characterised. As mentioned above, it does not merely include addiction to pornography or any other aspect of sex. It may include an addiction of one or multiple aspects, which include pornography as well. The various forms of sexual addiction include pornography addiction, addiction to fantasy or masturbation, addiction to sadistic behaviour, addition to prostitution, and other excess sexual activities and pursuits like exhibitionism.

Symptoms and Signs: There are a number of physical and emotional symptoms and signs of this condition. The patients suffering from this condition may end up isolating or alienating their partners, which is one of the most common giveaways of this condition. They may also go from one relationship to another in no time at all, with multiple partners in many cases. Also, they will not really have healthy relationships with their partners because of their fantasy based perceptions when it comes to sex. Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hello mithalal, hope they are under regular medication as doctor prescribed. But adding on, if you they have a healthy diet plan, would add up to health. Father diabetics 1. Do regular exercise for 30 mins 2. Avoid high carbohydrate food and go with more protien sourced food like soya wheat 3. If father is a non-veg, boil mutton (don't cook) in a purified water with salt and pepper and drink juice. And can eat that mutto. 4. After protein, vitamins and minerals. Every day 13vitamins and 11 minerals required. Go add more color to your diet. With all kinds of fruis and vegetables. 5. Fish oil or omega-3 added advantage 6. Fiber - after lunch fiber has to be intake. It helps to reduce post lunch diabetes. For mother bp and thyroid. 1. Fiber 2. Vitamins and minerals. Every day 13vitamins and 11 minerals required. Go add more color to your diet. With all kinds of fruis and vegetables. 3. Fish oil or omega-3 added advantage 4. B-complex give me a private message, may cost you 100/- rs.
