Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Dear lybrate-user. You are already 180 cms. You will grow almost upto an age of around 22 years. That means you will continue to grow for another 4 years or so. The duty of your mind is to think. You cannot control your mind's thinking. Once you just leave your mind without diversion, it always end up in negative territory. But certainly you can divert your thinking. You can make your mind to be always positive by engaging in creative activities, hobbies, games and passionate towards whatever you do. Exercise under the supervision of a trained body builder will help you in building muscles. Take care.

Your bmi is 16.38. Which shows you are underweight, to be called as ideal body weight bmi should be in between 19-25. So that can be attained only if you put on weight. So start eating healthy balanced diet. Also have heavy snack in between meals, can include fresh fruit shakes, dry fruit shakes in your diet, eat every 2-3 hrs. Also you can start with weight training exercises 2-3 times a week under supevision.

If you have diabetes (fasting >126 mg and pp >200 mg) then treatment with appropriate drugs is a must. By avoiding to take drugs you are inviting the serious long term complications of diabetes. Diabetes causes upset in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, it affects small and large blood vessels, affects eyes (retina), kidneys causing total failure, affect neres - neuropathy, affects lower limbs and heart. So proper treatment is absolutely essential. In addition to drugs, strict diet control and exercise to maintain or reduce weight is also necessary.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. But, dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets and only doing singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. with supplements u should do modification of ur diet

There is no shortcut in our life. So think and plan accordingly your daily routine in life. Take bread or oats and juice or milk or plain noodles. You also need to be aware that every person needs atleast 3 meals daily to live healthy. So take lunch always even if you are late. Sometimes you may also eat rotis. Drink plenty of fluids. You may take something as bread alongwith sugarcane juice which is very cheaply available.

I lost my father 10 years ago and since then my mother has been working. Her office timings are from 10 am-6 pm. Firstly she complained about excessive bleeding and like something is shivering within the ankles. She also felt as if something hair-like substance is always present below her tongue in her mouth. Sought several medication (both allopathic and homeopathic) but none of them helped. Since her childhood, allopathic medicines always posed problems for her as it never suited her (feels like burning within). In 2013, she underwent a surgery and got her uterus removed. But after her operation when she was given allopathic medicines in abundance, problem of acidity began. Doctors said she is suffering from depression. Right now she is taking homeopathic medicine. She also sees a lot of dreams in her sleep at night and a results she wakes up 2 to 3 times during the night. And the moment she wakes up. Her heartbeat increases tremendously. Hi lybrate-user, whatever history you have mentioned about your mother it's really in psychological issue. Its not mean she is psyche but she got deep hurt. Now whether this depression is because of sudden shock after closenone s death or anxiety, stress tension. That we have to rule out. Again what she think that matter a lot to treat her. What kind of dreams she has. All her history. She need counselling too. Whatever medicine she is consuming and medical history also required. Still that olive bach flowers medicine 5 drops in 1/2 glass of water you can start for her. After consultation we can give her counselling n proper homoeopathic medicine.
