I have been suffering abdominal bloating for a few years now. And I believe I am also suffering from eating disorder....
You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. You need to practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques. If your symptoms are not improved, you need to take prescription medication for a period of time. Please consult in private for prescription drugs.

Homeopathy DO Miracles In Acidity

HOMOEOPATHY WORKS BEST IN ACIDITY WITHOUT ANY SIDE EFFECTS

ACIDITY OR HEARTBURN

Acidity is a general term which usually refers to regurgitation of acid or partly digested food from the stomach into the food pipe (Oesophagus) or mouth.
The sourness is due to fermentation of food in the stomach or over secretion of acid.
Heartburn describes a burning sensation behind the breast bone or sternum.

CAUSES:

Stress
Overeating
Obesity
Alcohol
Cigarette smoking
Irregular eating habits
Certain drugs like aspirin, antibiotics, etc.
Bending, lying down or physical exertion too soon after eating. Certain food like tomatoes, citrus fruits, onion, coffee, tea, spicy & fried food can also cause acidity.

SYMPTOMS:
Burning in the chest after eating.
Sour eructations. Belching.
A feeling that food is getting stuck after swallowing.

DOS & DONT'S:
Recognize signs of stress and identify the causes. At work reduce stress by learning to avoid long hours, not accepting unrealistic demands, setting realistic goals, accepting changes optimistically and not taking work related problems home. At home air your grievances, share your problems and regular weekend breaks with the family.

Take time to relax allowing about 20 minutes of leisure before and after eating and make meals enjoyable, unstressful occasions. Eat slowly, chew each mouthful well.

Eat meals at regular timings. Eat frequently but in small quantities. Do not overeat.

Avoid drinking immediately before meals and drink sparingly during meals.
Do not lie down immediately after meals. Eat less spicy, avoid fatty, fried food and those that contain possible irritants such as chemical food additives or hot spices. Avoid alcohol, reduce the amount of coffee and tea and avoid them entirely during an attack.

Don't smoke. It will irritate the stomach lining.

Drink cold milk at the time of heartburn.

Avoid painkillers or medicine which cause acidity. Hot compresses over the stomach are said to improve the blood supply in the area and relax the muscles.

Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity. Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea , intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently.

Incurable digestive system diseases and their efficient and successful ayurvedic treatment - the parpati kalp:-

In my career of clinical practice spanning three decades I have seen best results emerging out of'parpati treatment' administered to patients suffering from so called incurable diseases in modern drug practice. However, prolonged procedural use and food protocol has to be strictly followed in order to get best of ayurvedic wisdom. Often slow pace of treatment has a repulsive attitude in patients not to opt for such treatment.

In my opinion, slow treatment without side effects, is far better than taking toxic drugs which give instant relief but on the other hand is sure not to cure the disease even when used for prolonged times.

Coeliac disease:

It is a disease in which the small intestine is hypersensitive to gluten, leading to difficulty in digesting food.

Irritable bowel syndrome:

A widespread condition involving recurrent abdominal pain and diarrhoea or constipation, often associated with stress, depression, anxiety, or previous intestinal infection.

Crohn's disease:

A chronic inflammatory disease of the intestines, especially the colon and ileum, associated with ulcers and fistulae.

Parpati:

Parpati has an important place in rasakalpas. Parpati is the form which is obtained in flakes, gets disintegrated in the body at the level of grahani. Hence it is specifically being used in grahani related disorders and is effective in correcting appetite. This dosage form is specially designed to show its action directly in the grahani region i. E. In the duodenum region. During the process of making parpati kalpa the ingredients are subjected to heat and melted. This molten mixture is further allowed to cool by pressing it between two banana leaves over two cowdung cakes.

The process is such that the agni gets locked into the parpati kalpa making it to act best in disorders related to agnimandya. The dosage form is such that it does not act in the stomach but instead starts its action in grahani i. E. Duodenum. Panchamruta parpati contains parad and gandhak while shweta parpati is devoid of both parad and gandhak. The shodhan of the ingredients and the amount of heat to which the mixture is subjected is meticulously monitored to maintain the standard and consistency in the quality of the product.

But please take these medicines under supervision of a qualified vaidya i. E. Aurveda doctor.
