Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor gastroenterologist and to confirm exact cause do few investigations like Capsule endoscopy, MRI scan 2) Do take prescription medication like Cipro and Flagyl and other medications will be added after investigation report only. 3) For mild pain, you can take paracetamol only. 4) Add iron and vitamin B complex regularly. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this - 1) Try to limit dairy products and use an enzyme product such as Lactaid. 2) Try avoiding butter, margarine, cream sauces and fried foods. Limit fiber, such as fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains. 3) Try to avoid other problem foods. Spicy foods, alcohol, and caffeine etc. 4) Eat small meals. You may find you feel better eating five or six small meals a day rather than two or three larger ones. 5) Try to drink plenty of liquids. 6) Try to avoid smoking and make a plan to manage stress. Hope that helps.

Hii, if there is acid reflux salvation will be present. Better you consult G.I surgeon for acidity. For time being eat small frequent meals with interval of two to three hours. Don't lie down immediately post meals. Don't eat spicy food till the evaluation. Include butter milk in your meals.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user Gall bladder is the organ which stores up bile produced by the liver and releases it only when the food reaches the small intestine since your gall bladder has been removed there is storage of bile and hence the bile gets constantly secreted into the intestines and there is decreased levels of digestion especially fatty foods so I suggest that you avoid carbonated or sugary drinks, fried foods, tea or coffee, as these foods cause lot of gas to accumulated since they take a long time to get digested I would suggest that you have small quantity of food in small intervals and have a balanced diet which includes fresh fruits and vegetable salads

Fatty liver is a condition where there is accumulation fat in your liver. There are mainly two types of fatty liver- 1. Alcoholic Fatty Liver Alcoholic fatty liver is the earliest stage of alcohol-related liver disease. Heavy drinking damages the liver, and the liver cannot break down fats as a result. 2. Diet n lifestyle: 1. Diet which is low in fat and low glycemic index. 2. Exercise. 3. Weight loss. 4. Alcohol withdrawal. 5. Stopping unwanted medication and self medication. Treatment: 1.
